This tour was OK. The guide spoke a little too fast and was quite difficult to understand. His enthusiasm for Gaudi was enjoyable but otherwise I didn’t feel like I learned anything. Also, it only lasted 40 minutes and I expected more.

We received text and email
At 1:30 am informing us that our 9:30 am tour was canceled and offered us 10 am tour option, but without instructions. Tour operator was non-responsive to texts and emails and calls asking for details. Upon arrival, we met 2 helpers and the tour guide who told us that 2 other families didn’t show up so we’d receive a “private tour.” Upon entry to the park, the tour guide said it would be a 30 min tour (?!!!), a far cry from the website description of approximately 1 hr 15 mins. Tour guide seemed knowledgeable about the park’s history and Gaudi’s style and design concepts but seemingly needed to be prompted to share more detail as she was mindful of the time. The tour ended after 1 hour and we parted ways to explore the park ourselves.

We were so fortunate to have an excellent tour guide...Alba (maybe Alpa?). She was so knowledgeable about Gaudi and the history. She was so kind to also take photos of my family. She showed us all the interesting parts of the park. This is a must see and worth to pay a little extra for this guided tour to understand the history and significance of the architecture.

No fault of operator but we ended up at the wrong entrance. What was the fault of the operator though is they weren’t available by phone or chat to see if we could explore other options—they were closed on a Monday and not available until the next day. Lastly though I tried and tried to retrieve our tickets, the viator app kept opening to a black screen and we could never retrieve our actual tickets. A total fail and loss of 58€.

We had a great guided tour in English of Park Guell. It was a fair price, the guide was very knowledgeable and kind, and of course Gaudi’s community park was beautiful, inspired and all around fabulous. The view of the city was also lovely.
We would love to live in one of Gauí’s houses in the Park.
On the way to the park, stop and have an empanada at, “Basilicata, empanadas y algo más”. You’ll feel like you’ve stopped into your grandfather’s home for lunch and he’s greeting/serving you like his favorite! The food is great. The coffee extra great. And the tres leches dessert was delicious.

Over all we loved the access to the park the tour gave us however Bec of the rain I felt our guide rushed to get away from us to go home. Her excuse was some people didn’t have umbrellas. But several of us had raincoats. She cut our tour early by 30 minutes. Disappointed

The tour guide was wonderful. I had been to the park before without a tour, but it was my adult daughter's first time. Tour guide was great with lots of patience. We were the only people with little kids on the tour and he was patient with our kids questions and when we took a little longer to join the group or get our photos we wanted.
