This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a helicopter ride for 3 PM, showed up on time, and was told it had been moved to 11 AM without proper communication. Yes, they technically sent an email/text, but the time change was buried in the smallest print — I thought it was just a confirmation. At no point did anyone call or clearly explain the schedule change. I had another tour scheduled, so there was no way I could make it. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused and kept my $136. Their attitude was basically “too bad, so sad.” For an experience that costs this much, you expect professionalism, clarity, and accountability — this company has none. They’re misleading with their communication, abrupt with changes, and take no responsibility when things go wrong. Save your money and your time, book with someone else who actually respects their customers.
