Get ready to experience a great dive with David and Christian!!! Julia was the best host to assist with paperwork and t-shirt sales. She was very knowledgeable about the shop, the immediate diving area and dive sites outside the barriers. They were all very professional and assisted in any and every way possible!!! I plan to dive again with the shop in the future!!!

Horrible experience

Very disappointing experience. They asked me to change my booking time, which I agreed to, but when I arrived the entrance gate shown in their instructions was locked with a chain and padlock. I couldn’t access the property at all. They then denied my refund and gave inaccurate information about what happened. I followed all their instructions and would not recommend booking here.

I would recommend that you find something different. This place is unwelcoming. The instructor was rude, the location is difficult to find and once you do find it you will be unimpressed with the man-made pool structure with dirty water where you will learn to dive. Also, they send you an app to download and all of the info less than 24 hours in advance of the reservation, so if you don’t meet the requirements you cannot cancel and get your money back. I had a great time paddle surfing the day before with a different company. Any water sport would be better choice than this place.

Thank you for your feedback. Honestly, you really shouldn't be reviewing this activity, as you didn't actually participate—you failed to show up. We called you several times because you were running late, and by the time you finally answered the phone, the activity had already ended. We appreciate your feedback because it allows other travelers to know that showing up at the scheduled time is mandatory (as stated on the voucher itself at the time of purchase). It is also good for other travelers to know that while Barcelona offers plenty of nightclubs and nightlife, if you book a morning dive, you need to get up at the appropriate time. We also want other travelers to know that if they plan to go clubbing at night, it is better to book an afternoon slot with us rather than a morning one. In any case, if you book a ticket and simply do not show up, you forfeit the ticket, and no refund is available once the activity has started. Thank you.

Diving was just by the shore., less than 30 min. Water was dirty, vision quality was terrible. They couldn't provide a glass of water before diving.

Our shore dives are designed primarily for beginners or for those looking for a more relaxed introduction to diving. That said, we understand that the duration and type of dive may not have matched what you had in mind. Regarding visibility, it can vary significantly depending on sea conditions on the day. While we always aim to select the best possible spots, this is unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding water, we do have a fountain available for all our customers. As we explained at the time, we do not provide disposable cups as part of our commitment to reducing plastic use. You requested water after already wearing your fins, which makes it more difficult to access, but you were very welcome to use the fountain before or after the dive. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service. Best regards.

This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! From the moment I arrived, the staff helped guide me through the gates and made the whole process smooth. My instructor, Julia, was incredible — extremely kind, patient, and always willing to stop, go back, or take things further to make sure I was comfortable. She made me feel safe and supported the entire time. They even take photos for you, so no need to worry about bringing a waterproof camera. Everything was handled professionally and with care. I absolutely loved this dive and will 100% do it again when I’m back in Barcelona. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable diving experience!

Great experience for beginners. Alex, the instructor was a really nice guy. Calm, collected and very patient which is what you need while you're learning the ropes. The site is beautiful when the sun is out. All equipment provided so didn't have to worry about bringing anything along although I did have a towel and swim shorts with me. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Great experience! The diving school is on the beach: there is a gate by the meeting area that will open up. The diving area was nice. I saw complaints from others describing it as a "pond" but it is definitely connected to the sea. After a pretty quick intro, it takes some time to suit up. Then into the water you go with a guide/instructor! I saw tons of Fish, sea cucumber, and whelks, even though it was supposed to be bad visibility due to rain the previous night. All in all, great experience!

Worst diving ever. Not worth it. Instructor was co stately messing with my vest and I could not regulate! She was against me and holding us so I could not swim with out hitting her- had to go up not swim. I booked weeks in advance and the instructor gave my son a wet suit FAR TOO BIG - he was FREEZING. Shivering cold the whole time with purple lips. Due to his suit NOT FITTING the instructor cut it SHORT cause he was too cold! Their fault not ours! I gave up when she would not let me swim, scuba. it was taking the experience away from my son who had never been. I am PADI certified, but my son asked if I could do this with him. He is 12. She said for me to go to the latter and go up. She used the words go up. On my own, no one around. then another instructor came halfway through my trying to takeoff my fin so I could climb the ladder and was upset with me. I was not allowed to take pictures. Thenl, the instructor came back with my son and said he is too cold. We’re going to end it. Her video camera would not work, I have no pictures and the videos are not usable. Horrible horrible video of seven seconds. !!

Thank you so much for your review but we would like to add some details to it in order to clarify to somebody who read this, so they can have all the information: All our instructors try to help as much as they can in order to provide the best experience for our guest. As you mentioned on your review, you are a certified diver, but during the activity you had important problems on your buoyancy, and that's why our instructor hold you in order to stay under the water. None of our instructors will hold you if you don't need to be hold. That's why she was holding you, in order to keep you under the water. Our activity takes place in a protected area, where there's no boats or any kind of danger. The instructor request to you to go up, as you were not able to stay under the water and that was compromising the safety of your kid. As you are a certified diver, it shouldn't be a problem to go up for finishing the dive. The activity at that moment was taking place at 3 meters depth, and the surface instructors are watching you the whole activity. Regarding the videos: we asked you to prioritize your buoyancy because you were not able to stay under the water. It was a safety issue. The instructors priority is to keep you safe, and after that, if it's possible, to do some videos. Your kid continued the activity until he started feeling cold. At that moment, the instructor decided to finish the activity as we usually do. Kids can get cold very fast and even they say no, it's important to finish the dive if we see clear sympthoms on them of being cold. Again, safety first at all levels. Karla, we are very sorry the activity didn't meet your expectations but we honestly feel that this review was very unfair and didn't take into consideration the effort of our instructors to offer a good experience.

Patient and friendly instructors, by luck we were surrounded by sea life, we had fish swimming right up to our goggles! Amazing first experience diving and gives you the safe space to built confidence to prepare you for future diving. Amazing experience, can’t recommend enough for anyone who hasn’t dived before!

The coach was very good and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, even underwater. However don’t expect to see any marine life, but at the same time it's a beginners' course so it's normal not to dive very deep for our safety as it's our first time. To sum up, if you are a novice in diving go for it !

It’s relatively cheap but you don’t get to see anything. They take you in a circle around a closed like pond by the beach for like 25 minutes and that’s it.

I'm really sorry you have this opinion about our experience. The sea life is alive, and sometimes you see more and sometimes you see less. It's not related to the quality of the experience. Is related to how lucky you are that day as the animals keeps moving. You can be sure that our guides makes always an effort to show as much as we can. Doing the activity in a private area is also important for your safety, as we are sure that there is NO traffic boat when we are doing the activity, just in case any of the participants wants to go up. Expérience sensationnelle ! Les encadrants peuvent être trilingue ce qui est un vrai plus pour se comprendre. Les moniteurs te mettent à l'aise, t'expliquent le processus, t 'aident et vérifient en permanence que tout vous ayez tout bien compris et que tout va bien (sous l'eau). Même si la visibilité était pas très grande, j'ai rencontrer le poulpe qui vi tout proche, et de nombreuses autres espèces (coquillages et poissons). Dans le groupe initial où j'étais, le binôme n'avait vraiment aucune expérience, et donc c'est vrai que c'était un peu plus lent car il fallait les mettre en confiance etc. Et, en guise d'adaptation le moniteur m'a fait descendre sous l'eau avec un autre moniteur. Il a un espace pour ce changer. Par contre, attention la douche et un jet d'eau fraîche ;) Vous arriverez à un portail, pas de soucis on vous ouvrira. Il vous faudra remplir un formulaire pour montrer que vous êtes apte à faire l'activité. Enfin, je recommande à 1000% ! L'activité est top et les encadrants sont bienveillants.

Première plongée pour moi à Barcelone. Pour des débutants c’est parfait après pour des expérimentés ils vont être déçu car c’est comme un bassin fermé. On ne voit pas grand chose dans l’eau. Les instructeurs sont top. Par contre on a pris des photos de moi que je n’ai jamais reçu .. je trouve ça dommage j’aurais aimé avoir mes photos souvenirs inclus dans le forfait 🥲.
