The free waiting time is 60 minutes from the arrival of the flight. After 60 minutes, the driver will have the right to claim for extra waiting time according to the rates established in said city. At the stations it is 15 minutes after the arrival of the train/bus. In homes or hotels, the free waiting time is 10 minutes.

The service was great and our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He did not speak English, but we used a translation app. He was very patient while we waited for all of our parties to get through customs and get their luggage. Would definitely recommend them. The vehicles are very nice as well.

When I booked the service, I was able to put the address of the hotel I was staying at which was an hour away from airport. The reservation was accepted, and I even messaged them to coordinate time for flight arrival. However, when I arrived they told me that it was out of their drop off zone and had to pay the difference which was double the original price.

Queremos aclarar que nuestras condiciones de servicio indican claramente que la reserva debe estar dentro de un radio máximo de 20 kilómetros. Al llegar, confirmamos siempre la dirección con el cliente para evitar errores y aplicar el precio correcto según la ubicación real. En este caso, fue al verificar la dirección cuando se detectó la diferencia. Además, es importante tener en cuenta que existen hoteles con el mismo nombre en diferentes localidades, por lo que siempre recomendamos indicar la dirección completa al realizar la reserva para evitar confusiones de este tipo. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos su comprensión. Esperamos poder atenderle nuevamente en el futuro con una experiencia plenamente satisfactoria.

Don’t hire this company. The drivers are crooks. Save yourself from stress. It was already paid but we were charged again for additional damages for flight being delayed for only 30 minutes.

Queremos aclarar que siempre respetamos nuestras condiciones de servicio, las cuales incluyen una hora de espera gratuita en el aeropuerto a partir de la hora real de aterrizaje del vuelo. En este caso, el conductor esperó el tiempo reglamentario y se puso en contacto con el pasajero para confirmar si debía seguir esperando. Al no recibir respuesta y habiendo superado el tiempo de cortesía, el servicio se declaró como no-show, tal como establecen nuestras políticas. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos poder atenderle en otra ocasión con una mejor experiencia.

Not what we expected, or paid for.

Communication is problematic. Without WhatsApp it's impossible. Translating messages between languages is troublesome. We expected a private car but got a taxi. He tripped his meter for the ride I prepaid $44 US for, it would have been 15€. This was a port to hotel transfer. Supposedly a price luxury transfer.
