- According to local laws, tours have no limit of participants, but each group of 6 participants need 1 guide
- Minimum age to join a tour is 14 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that by city laws the minimum age to ride a e-Scooter is 16 years old. For underaged riders we provide bikes suited for children
- The main goal of our tours is to show you the most sights, views of the city, and special places hidden from the eyes of outsiders. We try to do it quickly and easily, in a convenient form of travel for guests. Saving your time, we do not include entrance to museums and other buildings in our tours.
- In case of really bad weather, the option of an alternative date and time convenient for both parties will be given.
- Tours start and finish on time, so we require all participants to arrive 15 minutes before to check-in .
- This activity is forbidden for people under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine.
- Incase of some one can’t ride electric scooter we have option to change to an electric bike.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

This was a fantastic experience!!!! We saw so much in 3 hours and our guide Temo(sorry spelling) was knowledgeable and very personable. He was great with our safety/took pictures for us and found me a washroom. Everything we asked he answered. I would recommend him to anyone!!

We got to the place and the guide wasn’t there. It took him about 20 mins. to show up. So, the tour did not last the 2 hours we paid for.
We booked this tour because we wanted to see the Gaudí sights and we were not taken to half of the things in the itinerary
- no Sagrada Familia, Batlló, Casa Milá, Plaza De toros, etc. The guide never shared what the next sight would be and also when we got there, he probably shared 1-2 facts and then told us to roam — with no sense of how much time we would be spending at each place.
The page mentions that water will be offered - we got nothing. It says you will have a video souvenir — you guessed it, nothing.
Overall it felt disorganized, unprofessional and not what we signed up for.

Hi , sorry for your bad experience but The tour is 2 hours and it includes the 20 min you where teaching how to ride the e-scooters for the sight you pass it can variate cause it was raining day we can’t control the weather and also the speed of they drive was really slow you can’t make it all and for the video each stop the tour guides ask people For pictures and videos so you could of just ask , and he may forgot to give you a bottle of water at the end of the tour so he could just ask and he will give you we have stock of water for all customers.

We had a blast on our scooters just my daughter and I since the other party cancelled! Our tour guide was great and explained all the things we were seeing! Great way to see a lot in a little amount of time!

I booked a private tour at 4pm but the system or the tour company changed it to 1pm which we couldn’t make. Neither Viator or tour company would not refund nor would they schedule us the following day for a private tour. They demanded we be placed in a large group without discounting the price from what I paid for a private tour.

the only one responsible of the time slot is you , non of us or TripAdvisor can change it , and if we place you in the next tour next day that a favor of us because we are not responsible of your mistake and the person had private tour too the next day and he was okey with you joining without asking money back or discount, but at the end you didn’t come even , so please next time before booking any experience make sure to choose right timing and sorry for your bad experience ;)
