Great time and viewing. The whole crew was nice and the drinka were great. Wear a hat and comfortable clothes.
Enjoyable way to spend an hour seeing the sights. Clean boat, drinks available on board. We found sitting on the side of the boat in the shade perfect for a hot day.
Just enough time out to sea, great vibes with music on. Very friendly and lovely staff and great bar available.
If you are in Barcelona, don't leave the city without experiencing this, very well managed, extremely refreshing.
Bad directions for meeting place would not recommend!! Taxi never heard of TurTur experience could not find on maps and no one knew where the place was. Could not get a hold of anyone. Would not issue refund!

When you are traveling from your hotel it is very difficult depending on the time of day to get to the meeting point. We contacted the tour because we were unavoidably delayed, they offered no assistance, no choice to reschedule and no form of compensation. They would not wait for us and Viator did not step in to help or rebook, refund or offer a future discount as some sort of compensation. They offered nothing. This was very disappointing.
This experience was for the money some of the best that you can spend very friendly crew ice cold drinks, and beautiful blue water

The queue system was ridiculous but once on the boat it was great, really chilled and the scenery is brilliant. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and overall it was very positive.
We showed up for our scheduled 3:30 catamaran sailboat excursion. We were informed that the time we booked is no longer on the tour companies schedule. They said Viatour did not have an updated schedule. They were not able to issue us a refund and we are currently out $96..

We had a lovely day. Boarding was easy. It was a great time on the boat working our way out of the bay. The nets on the catamaran were a great place to lay, but the waves get you wet. But that is the point of the catamaran. The digital ticket has to be exchanged for a paper ticket before boarding and that takes a few minutes. It is a great way to see Barcelona from the Sea.

Very disappointing. It's just a boat trip. The staff isn't very welcoming. It feels like they're in it for the money. You come in. You drink if you want. You leave. Even at the end, we said goodbye to them, but they didn't respond... They were already busy preparing the boat for the other people. In terms of atmosphere, there isn't much (except if you count the light music). Also, the view isn't very pretty. You can see everything from afar.

The experience has been canceled due to a bad weather. Whereas I have received an email to postpone the experience or get a reimbursement, and whereas I have asked to be reimbursed many times, I have never gotten a response neither a reimbursement.

Great experience for our group of 26 American students visiting Barcelona. Beautiful views of the city. Refreshments available. Comfortable and plenty of space for all. I will do it again when I return in July!
