Karl was very kind and considerate. He assisted with the luggage and arrived at the pick-up location at the agreed upon time. We arrived at our destination on time. He was an excellent driver and very friendly.

This was an absolutely great experience with Kulvinder as my driver! He was on time, even early and made my whole experience comfortable and easy! He was very polite and tuned into making my experience both pleasant and enjoyable. When I coordinated with him for my pickup location, he went out of his way to accommodate my particular situation and made me feel at ease! I would highly recommend this service and was overly impressed with Kulvinder as my driver!!

Our driver was on time and very professional. My husband and I had to change our reservation last minute and it was not a problem. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to the Arts hotel in down town Calgary. Great service and great driver

Worst car experience ever. Driver stayed in car and we had to search for him at the hotel in the rain. The crappy old van smelled like halitosis. Driver pumped the accelerator constantly for 1h 50min nonstop. We were completely nauseated, nearly vomited. He stopped to pee midway even though we were catching a flight. He didn’t have any maps up for the drive and missed the exit for the airport, getting us there 20 minutes later than promised. Miserable time, worst worst worst driver ever. I deserve a full refund. Never ever again with this company.

had an amazing experience using this private shuttle. I had to leave for my airport pretty early around 4am and my driver was right on time. Even when it was snowing out there and roads weren’t that clear yet.
He was a pretty chill dude ! Tried spiking up some convos with us and I enjoyed it ! Thank you and I would definitely take this shuttle again if I were to go back to Canada 😊!

Our driver was amazing he was so friendly, told us lots about the history of the area. He said he would be happy to stop if we needed a comfort stop or visit a shop etc.
He was so good we asked him if he would be available again for next year, we were more than happy with this service and highly recommend him.

Besides the spectacular scenic views during the trip, I appreciate the conversation with the driver about local issues, and recommendations for sightseeing when in Banff. The driver was considerate and accommodating. He arrived on time and also provided his contact phone in case of changes. I had a slight difficulty with understanding some of his non-American accent, but it was not big issue because the service and friendliness more than made up for it.
