Banff Via Ferrata

Though it likely goes without saying, the Via Ferrata is only open during summer.
The activity is safe. Your harness is always attached to the mountain’s steel cable pathway, securing you to the rock at all times.
Backpacks, hiking boots, gloves, sunscreen, rain jackets, and pants are all free to rent on-mountain, though you may want to bring your own.
You must have a Banff National Park Pass to access the Mt. Norquay Ski Resort (which lies within the park).
Though no prior climbing experience is required, this activity is limited to those 12 and up.
