The Shuttle never arrived. We needed to find alternative transportation to the airport! Tried calling the company but it went to a voice mailbox that was never set up.

According to our records, the shuttle did arrive at the scheduled pickup location, and the driver made multiple attempts to contact you by phone but was unable to reach you. Unfortunately, when there is no response, the driver must continue with the schedule to avoid delaying other passengers. We also apologize if you had difficulty reaching us by phone.
