First of all, we were told to meet at Fox hotel, then I get a call asking where I am and I was then told the driver went to another hotel very far away. We had to wait in the snow and cold for much longer than anticipated. The driver finally shows up and gives us a bit of attitude for turning back around to pick us up. Then proceeds to judge that both my friend and I had 4 bags total (2 check in and 2 carry on’s). He sighs as he puts the luggage in the back. And makes a comment “there are more bags than passengers”. Then he just walks to his door and does not open the shuttle door for my friend or I. We then go to pick up someone else (1 person) and he has 3 bags which 2 out of the 3 were huge boxes but does not say anything to him and proceeds to open his door. Also to mention he put my carry on bag on top of the luggage’s which is fine but I was afraid it was fall on me since we were sitting in the back row. I felt uneasy for about 1 hr and 30 mins.

Not enough room for ski bags

I ordered the shuttle to pick me up in Banff. A ski town. It arrived with a van sort of shuttle and nowhere to place the ski bag and barely enough room for my regular bag. We ended up placing it under my feet horizontally across the van. The very next pick up had a guy again with a ski bag. He and I had to sit with our feet on top of my ski bag and his on top of our feet for two hours. Not the drivers fault, but I’m warning you if you are bringing skis to a ski town, this would not be my choice for shuttle.

As stated on our website and during the booking process, we kindly ask guests to notify us in advance if they are bringing ski bags or snowboards. There is an additional CAD 10 fee for heavy equipment, which also allows us to assign the appropriate vehicle for your trip. Unfortunately, we were not notified about the heavy equipment in advance, which is why this situation occurred. Moving forward, for any shuttle service you book online, we recommend declaring all luggage in advance. With larger companies, undeclared equipment may result in significantly higher charges. This shuttle service was great! It was also affordable. Picked us up on time. We had to make a couple stops but were still at the airport with penalty of time.
