Easy way to see central...

Easy way to see central Auckland. Good distinct commentary, well pronounced Maori ,but not enough Maori historic content. My tall family were rather cramped in the van and had difficulty seeing out the windows because of their height. A quick easy way to get an overall view of different aspects and attractions in the city. The driver was very helpful and accommodationg as well as being an excellent host and driver.

We are always looking to improve our content so we will keep your comments on having more Maori content in mind; due to the fact that there is so much to talk about it’s a bit of a juggling act to include everything, but rest assured that we have purposely tried to include as much as we can due to the importance that it has for our nation and our culture.

The tour was excellent, with clear and interesting information in my language (Spanish). It covered key points of interest in downtown Auckland in just under an hour and a half, allowing for better planning of more specific visits to the city's various attractions after the tour. The private vehicle was unmatched in comfort compared to other tours, with no delays. The driver was very friendly, although the audio commentary really made it possible to complete the trip without needing that much interaction with him.

Hi Carol, we were very surprised to get this feedback from you after letting us know by WhatsApp (in our post tour guest experience contact) that “the tour had been great and that the driver was very accommodating.” Guest experiences are extremely important for us. Our 75-90 minute Auckland tour combines knowledgeable English speaking host drivers (that are happy to answer our guest’s questions), together with our enriching 6-language audio selection (provided through the vehicle’s loudspeakers) containing details of Auckland’s history, its people, culture, food and so much more, with a curation and structure that would be difficult even for the best in person guide to offer. Our tours are designed not only to provide comfort (in the case of your specific tour in a Tesla model Y) and convenience (we pick-up from hotels at a large variety of CBD hotels and at guest selected times), but also at a very accessible pricing (which can be seen on the product listing). Although our tour information states what and how our tour is provided, immediately after your tour when we were in touch, if you had expressed anything different to your complete satisfaction, we would have looked for a way for you to hopefully have felt better about the experience you had. We are sorry to hear that ultimately you seem to feel how your feedback shows, but we also wonder how much of this feeling relates to the “issues” and frustration you mentioned you had with the online travel agency you used for the booking (which was done +3 months before the tour), immediately prior to your experience with us.
