Not as advertised. Not door to door, no complimentary drinks, snacks or wifi Driver was nice. Would recommend you tell them to get there half hour after plane gets in as there were luggage delays and then customs delays and the company blamed us for it.

A great first experience of New Zealand's fabulous friendly welcomes

We disembarked from the plane at approximately 04.20 hrs, collected our baggage of two suitcases and bicycle box ( with bike) made our way through arrivals to be greeted by our driver. He welcomed us introduced himself( sorry after travelling 22 hrs my mind unfortunately cannot remember his name). He took us assisting us with our suitcases to the vehicle and drove us to our hotel. On the way he chatted suggesting answers to our endless questions

Reservation Snafu

Not sure how it happened, but our reservation got hijacked by another company. A driver showed up who knew our name, flight number and hotel destination. We managed to pile everything into his sedan and headed for the hotel. The driver who was supposed to take us showed up after we left the airport and called us. I suspect that somehow, the pirate company hacked into the reservation system somehow to get our information.

Thanks for the feedback, we had organised a mobility transfer, but the company we normally use for van transfers had not cancelled the booking, it should have been a van and not a sedan, our mobility van driver was at the airport when the flight landed, not sure why you missed his sign, the drivers at the airport don't tend to talk to each other and if they had, two would have realised they had the same name, so there was no software hijacking, we did everything as requested, you also cancelled the second transfer within 24 hours

I don’t know how but three people ended up with six big pieces of luggage. We realized we needed a van. We were able to book a van, which was a private service through Viator . I’m so glad we did. Our driver Mohammed came a little bit early and didn’t mind waiting 10 minutes for her. The van was very roomy for all of our luggage and us. We were at the airport before I knew it. Mohammed was polite. Thank you

Clean Comfortable Van and Fast Friendly Driver

We were picked up on time in a very clean very comfortable van, able to accommodate us and all our (extensive) luggage. Made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Driver was knowledgeable and friendly.

Buyers be aware!

Byers beware! As you can see on it’s website, they show a large van and it stated it’s a van! When we booked , we stated that we had 4 passengers but they sent out a small SUV. Just to fit everything, each of us had to put on our lap a carry on luggage…very uncomfortable ride! Very misleading advertisement. For our return to the airport, they asked us to pay extra $60 for a van. At the time of booking, they should have told us there will be extra fee for a van. Other than that, lady driver we had was wonderful and apologized for the inconvenience.

Convenient and low stress transportation

Very relaxing experience to start our trip. Like having your mate pick you up from the short term parking lot. A bit of a walk but meets you right at the customs exit with your name on a sign and walks you to the car.

Driver was on time and got us into the city quickly. However ran ahead of us to the van at the airport so much we could barely keep up and almost lost him at one stage. He didn’t offer to help with the luggage (either wheeling it along, getting a trolley or putting it in/out the van). Given we’d just gotten off a long flight at 2am and had to “run” what felt like a kilometre just to get to the van, it definitely wasn’t what I expected for a $120 private transfer.
