Kris our driver was a little late he was caught up in traffic but kept us informed. He took a shorter route to the airport which made up our time.
He was very apologetic we made it to the airport on time. Very nice man would recommend hotel transfer to airport.
Much easier then taxi.

When transfer is from Auckland airport the transportation is a very long walk. People with ambulatory problems may have an issue.

Excellent driver who patiently waited for delayed flight. He communicated via text as we slowly made our way through the immigration process. A word of advice for travelers into New Zealand. Do not bring any food items, so you can go through the Fast nothing to declare line.

Very helpful and promptly on time for our trip. It was necessary to collect accommodation keys from a different city address (only a short distance from our final destination) that was not an issue to our driver. We were not advised of this requirement until we checked our e-mail on landing in Auckland. Would recommend this option to you in the future for your travel consideration..

Driver arrived on time. Drove safely to get us to the airport on time and even showed us a shortcut to get to the terminal. Only item was we had a 4am pickup and never heard from the driver or the company to confirm they would be there at 4am. They arrived on time so no issue but we would have liked to receive acknowledgement of the pick up time. Tour operator said they was in Sydney and couldn't respond in a timely manner. All worked out just some stress on my part not knowing if the driver understood the early pick up time.

Went to meet driver at designated area and no driver for our pickup. Called the emergency number and was told no driver responded for pickup! Fell through crack, so sorry, go get a taxi and we will refund money!

This should not have occurred, and it was a breakdown on our side — your pickup was missed and that’s completely unacceptable. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused, especially after you went to the designated meeting area as instructed.
You were absolutely right to contact our emergency number, and while a taxi was the quickest way to get you moving at the time, this experience does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide.
A full refund will be processed as promised, and we are reviewing what went wrong internally to ensure this does not happen again.

A gentlemen arrived at our hotel in a large luxury sedan and drove us to the Auckland airport. It was less than an Uber and so much nicer. We had taken airport shuttles as well and for the price,
I would recommend this service over them. The driver loaded luggage and we had water waiting in the cabin of the vehicle. Great end of trip ride to the airport!
