Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.
Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)
Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.
All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.

For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.
For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.
Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.
Transfer inclusions include a certain distance, while for remote areas Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia, and other remote villas an additional charge will apply € 10 per person (to be paid in cash on the spot).
On late arrivals, tour content and activities that were missed would not be refunded.
Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary

Disappointing tour.

I booked this excursion based on the description which stated a light snack and wine was being provided. There was NO snack or wine and the tour guide for this did not know anything about this. This excursion was extremely disappointing and overpriced. We would have gotten the same experience if we had just hired a taxi.

Beautiful Sunset!

It was very nice, we enjoyed the sunset. I would have liked to have arrived a bit sooner though to get pics of the lighthouse with the sun behind it. We arrived about 10 minutes too late (had to pick up another couple that was "lost"), the sun was already quite low when we got there. But the driver and guide were great, very friendly.

I scheduled this tour weeks in advance for my husband and I for our baby moon. Considering I can’t do much since I’m pregnant, I thought this would be the perfect tour to take advantage of. From the get go, the tour guide or whoever is in charge of pickups, wasn’t even able to give me detailed information about meet up. I was super skeptical but I decided to just give them a shot because this is a very popular site for tours/excursions/etc. anyway, my husband and I get to the location that they sent through a link (a pinned location) to a bus station area 10 minutes away from where we were staying, so we took the hike to get us there 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meet up time (1900) and waited over 10 minutes AFTER scheduled meet up time and nobody ever showed up! After waiting we gave up and walked back to our airbnb (reminder, I’m 7months pregnant) and decided to have dinner at that point. After we found a restaurant, sat down, and ORDERED, someone calls me about the tour and asks where I’m at that someone was waiting for me and my husband for the tour. This was at 730. 30 minutes after scheduled meet up. After dinner we got back to our room and requested a refund because it had absolutely nothing to do with us, but their lack of communication and failure to stick to their OWN schedule, but still refused refund. I’m highly disappointed that I wasn’t able to experience this tour because it honestly looked like it would’ve been worth the amount $ we paid. But unfortunately, they’re untrustworthy. So don’t waste your time or money.

Sunset Lighthouse tour

After a miscommunication about pickup location we connected with our driver Matthew. Matthew very personable and engaging. He assisted us up the steps toward Lighthouse and guided us toward different scenic areas for pictures. was able to catch the sun as it was setting.. would have liked to know a little more about the history of lighthouse.

Great sunset tour

We were picked up on time at our hotel for the evening tour - in an authentic, Mykonian car ;-) Our two tour guides were very friendly and cordial. The ride was pleasant and we felt well taken care of. At the lighthouse we were served a small picnic including drinks at sunset. One of the tour guides told us a lot of interesting facts about Mykonos and the neighbouring islands. We enjoyed the tour very much, not only because of the great view, but also because of the two tour guides.

Notre guide Matthew était vraiment gentil heureusement ! Car malheureusement il n’y avait pas beaucoup de soleil donc pas vraiment de coucher de soleil et beaucoup de vent ! Dans la description il est mentionné qu’une collation légère et du vin sont proposés il n’en est rien, nous n’avons rien eu . Malgré tout le point de vue est beau. Un peu cher juste pour un point de vue !!!

Le chauffeur nous a pris en charge à l’heure , il ne nous a pas adressé la parole du tout, après un certain temps nous lui avons demandé s’il était notre guide et il nous a dit qu’il ne parlait très peu anglais et il venait de l’Albanie et qu’on allait chercher la guide. En route, on arrête pour embarquer la guide qui ne nous dit pas bonjour, donc on lui demande si elle est notre guide et nous dit oui . Elle a le regard hagard et parle au ralenti , alors on lui demande si elle va bien et là elle se ressaisit un peu. Bref on passe deux heures pour attendre le coucher du soleil au grand vent . Au retour on doit changer de véhicule pour le transfert et on embarque avec la manager de la cie jusqu’à l’hôtel. Les véhicules sont de petites vans quelconques pas des Mercedez comme les autres excursions. Le premier véhicule n’avait même pas de rétroviseur ! N’y aller pas la compagnie s’appelle: Yourtransfert.gr
