1. Driver had the wrong name on his iPad (Ilan something) when meeting us by the entrance of the port so we lost 15-25 minutes of our time. 2. His lady friend told us she is not a tour guide. She is just with him. Once my husband was talking to her, I guess the driver spoke very little English that’s why she was there. 3. The tour was suppose to be a cruise when we reserved it and it turned out to be an Uber service. 4. Went to see the Corinth Canal for 20 minutes. 5. Drove us to Corinth and had lunch (paid on our own which was okay). Service is the restaurant was terrible. 6. Drove us back to the port. And did I mention we got lost a at least 3 times!!! Driver really didn’t know where he was going. I think the driver and his lady friend was really there to pick up Ilan and our original tour never showed up. In order to fix things, they just decided to take us instead. We probably would have been better off taking a tour bus and most likely learned something about the City instead of our Uber service. So disappointing. Definitely will not use this service again.

We acknowledge the initial oversight of having the wrong name on the plate. While this was an unfortunate error, we promptly rectified the situation within less than 10 minutes and ensured you were comfortably seated in the Minibus. We also extended the duration of the tour as a gesture of goodwill and to accommodate your needs. 2. Our decision to have a companion to the driver on your tour was a complementary, free of charge and was intended to enhance the tour. The engaging conversation between our driver and your husband indicates that our driver's English proficiency was not an issue. 3. The tour itinerary explicitly includes crossing the highway, stopping at the Corinth Canal (isthmus) and then head to Ancient Corinth. A cruise is not included in the tour, and we apologize for any misunderstanding in this regard. 4. We take pride in accommodating our customers' preferences for dining. While we recommended the specific restaurant based on its many positive reviews and our own experience, please note it was only a suggestion offered with the best intentions at heart and it was your choice to dine there. However, we do apologize if the experience did not meet your expectations. 5. Rest assured that our driver was not lost at any point. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding regarding the route taken as the outbound and return journeys involved different routes. The decision to opt for an alternate route was strategic, driven by the goal of ensuring the fastest travel time. Importantly, both routes offer the same distance and duration, guaranteeing a punctual and satisfactory tour experience. On the way to Corinth, the driver selected the route, which also offered a distant view of the Acropolis. This choice was made in consideration of your group, many of whom were visiting Athens for the first time and expressed a keen interest in seeing the Acropolis. One of them persistently asked to see the Acropolis and take photos from the nearest spot we can take him. The same individual had extended an invitation to our driver and companion to join your group for lunch, a kind gesture that they respectfully declined, choosing to sit separately. As a token of appreciation for this thoughtful gesture, we offered an alternative route for the return journey allowing an enhanced view of the Acropolis at no additional charge. We informed that this adjusted route would have led to a 30-minute delay reaching the drop-off point. After a group discussion, you declined this offer to capture photos of the Acropolis on the return journey. Therefore, the driver decided to take the fastest route which at that time was different than the one taken in the outbound journey. Please be assured that our timing was carefully managed, ensuring your timely return to the port as we were fully aware of your boat's departure schedule. We would like to reiterate that our service is distinct from rideshare platforms like Uber. Your private, non-guided tour to Ancient Corinth was conducted in a luxurious Mercedes Sprinter with an English-speaking driver, Wi-Fi, and other amenities, in accordance with the itinerary you selected. While we regret any dissatisfaction you experienced, we believe it's important to provide a balanced view of the situation.
