One of my best Viator experiences!

Virginia_D, Sep 2026

Excellent! If you want to feel what it’s like to ride a bike in Amsterdam, without actually riding a bike, do it! Igor stopped for photos wherever we wanted; offered to take our photo at a number of stops and even waited to let me run into the flower market to get bulbs. Dropped us near where we wanted to have lunch and even showed us the pick up for our next tour. My husband commented that this booking was a highlight of our trip

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 😊 It was a real pleasure showing you Amsterdam and making sure you could enjoy the city at your own pace. I’m especially happy to hear that the tour became one of the highlights of your trip — that means a lot to me! I hope the flower bulbs bring a little piece of Amsterdam back home with you. 🌷🇳🇱 Thank you again for choosing to explore Amsterdam with me, and I hope to see you both again someday! Warm wishes, Igor IgoRides City Tours

Poor and disappointing

Katie_S, Aug 2026

The delft blue rickshaw never showed up as promised . We waited over half an hour and reached out to delft blue but they didn’t respond. We booked ahead, had our confirmation and tickets. I don’t know what kind of business takes someone’s money, promises a service and doesn’t show up. We planned special for this and dressed for the occasion. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

We sincerely apologize that your confirmed tour did not take place. We understand how disappointing and frustrating this was. Although we attempted to clarify the pickup details beforehand, we should have handled the communication and follow-up better. A full refund was issued, and we have since improved our booking checks and pickup-confirmation process to prevent this from happening again.

Loved the tour with Igor

Sandra_R, Jul 2026

This was a wonderful way to get an overview of Amsterdam. Igor showed us every historic landmark we requested—and many more. The weather was perfect, and he was able to take us all over the city. We learned so much and truly fell in love with Amsterdam. Our only concern was that the pedicab differed from the one shown in the photo, but it was new and very efficient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a real pleasure showing you around Amsterdam, and I’m delighted to hear you enjoyed exploring both the famous landmarks and some of the city’s hidden gems. I’m especially happy that the tour helped you learn more about Amsterdam and made you fall in love with the city. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the pedicab. You’re absolutely right—the photos on some platforms still show my previous vehicle. I now use a newer, more comfortable, and efficient pedicab, and I’m in the process of updating all of the photos to reflect this. I truly appreciate your kind words and your understanding. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I hope to welcome you back to Amsterdam for another ride in the future. Safe travels! 🚲🇳🇱

Igor was the best

Tamar_C, Jun 2026

Igor was the best. He thoroughly showed us the entire city and explained history and culture of Amsterdam to us. He was so kind and went out of his way to make the ride wonderful. It didn’t hurt that my 14 yr old daughter thought he was very easy on the eyes. :) Highly recommend Igor.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for such a wonderful review! It was a true pleasure sharing Amsterdam’s history and culture with you and your family. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience and that the Delft Blue pedicab tour added something special to your visit. Your kind words mean a great deal to me, and I look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back for another tour in the future.

Igor made the pedicab our new favorite type of tour!

Janet_B, May 2026

Igor was a gracious and caring host. He arrived early and had plastic covers in place on a chilly day. He asked us what we wanted to see in two hours and stopped plenty of times for us to photograph beautiful Amsterdam. He created a route that showed us the main points of interest plus business areas and residential streets. He took us to a tiny pedestrian street of unique shops and restaurants in time for lunch. Before leaving, he carefully pointed out our next destination so we could walk there quickly. Throughout the tour we were safe (among the swift bicycle traffic!) and entertained by his knowledge of the city. An absolutely perfect experience. Thank you, Igor!

Dear Janet and Gary ;) Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure showing you around Amsterdam. I’m very happy to hear that you enjoyed the personalized route, the photo stops, and discovering some of the city’s hidden gems along the way. Your kind words about the comfort, safety, and overall experience mean a lot to me. I’m glad I could help make your time in Amsterdam memorable. Wishing you many more amazing travels, and I hope to welcome you back again someday!

Igor was the best driver!!!

Natalie_P, Sep 2025

Igor was amazing!! This was one of the best things I did on my trip. He was amazing and showed us beautiful places we would never have seen. I really recommend anyone to do this. Thank you so so much x

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Thank you very much for nice review. It was my pleasure to show you the best of Amsterdam.

IGOR made our trip to Amsterdam exceptional🥰

Reny_H, Sep 2025

We went in a tour of Amsterdam via PEDICAB with IGOR. He was absolutely the best experience in Amsterdam because of his knowledgeable commentary. No busy trams, slow cars, and impossible busses. The best way to see Amsterdam, in a slow easy and restful peace is via.Pedicab. Use Igor, the best driver.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Thank you very much Reny ;)
