The guided tour with Deb is amazing. We had the best day. I would highly recommend the tour to everyone. Totally worth the money.
We can’t say enough about this tour! Our tour guide Deb is amazing! Her knowledge of the area and enthusiasm made this trip memorable. We experienced so many activities but never felt rushed. We went on the Maid of the Mist, climbed the stairs on the side of both the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. She gave us tips on how to stay dry but we wanted the full experience so got wet. We also toured Goat and Luna Islands. The pick up and drop off at our hotel made it easy. Deb had us laughing a lot and treated us as close friends. We will definitely go on this tour again when we are in the area. We highly recommend this tour. Especially if Deb is your guide.

Wear water clothes/shoes or bring change of clothes . Bring snacks and be ready for pick up times so there’s no delay
The tour was a blast but you do get really wet and the tour guide bob was very knowledgeable and very friendly
Our tour guide Mark was extremely knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and very nice. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was so fun, but my favorite part was the Cave of the Winds. Being that close to the falls was exhilirating and such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion!
We had Uncle Mo as our tour operator. It was definitely a “unique” experience. He did keep us on time and all together as a tour group. Wish we could have heard more fun facts or history of Niagara and the area. He could also use a bus with a backup camera! Other than that, he was a nice older gentleman who was personable and cared about his tour group. As far as the tour itself, it is really just the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds. Bring your bathing suits and waterproof shoes because you will get SOAKED from head to toe at Cave of the Winds — even with the pancho on. I would also recommend that you do tours on the Canada side. They have way more options than on the US side (unfortunately).

It was so much fun. I wore flip flops & shorts, that was the best option. People’s pants & shoes got wet on cave of the winds. I also brought sweats to change into for the night lights & fireworks. Jimmy was our guide and he was so amazing.
Was a fun 1/2 day trip! We got to experience many things! Christine our guide has a peppy attitude with a few “dad jokes”. Overall it was a great tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see Niagara Falls and all the other sights it surrounds.

The things we did on this tour was pretty good. However, we felt that the guide Uncle Moe was way too forthcoming with personal information and too “hanzy”. When picking up a family, a young boy about 8 came on first. He asked him to give him a hug before he boarded. The kid complied but I felt very uncomfortable about it. We got lost and when he found us he wanted to hug me and hold hands to help me walk back. I didn’t feel like he recognized people’s boundaries. Also we didn’t appreciate the way tips were requested at 20% of the total tour package. Since our tour was $300, the tip would be $60. Don’t the drivers get paid or is this a volunteer position? I would choose a similar tour with a different company next time.

Great experience for anyone especially safe for a solo traveler . Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Never rushed anyone.
The falls were gorgeous. Seeing it from all the different view points was cool. Sunny Tee was the best tour guide, muy amigable.
Things I wish I knew ahead of time-
1. Wear water clothes and shoes. You will get wet! Although they provide ponchos which is nice.
2. There were a few breaks between activities. So bring extra funds for snacks, games, etc.
3. Bring a jacket. It got really chilly at the end of the evening.
The Niagara attractions themselves were very good. The stop at the bakery was not needed. The guide was a nice elderly lady but not very informative or entertaining.
Jimmy was an expert guide, and went above and beyond to ensure our family and all other guests were comfortable and got the most out of their evening. Highest recommendation
This was on my bucket list. Very wet and very fun. Takes your breath away. Beautiful to be in nature. Would recommend to everyone.

Breathtaking experience, pictures and videos dont give it enough credit. The falls are just amazing and a have to see in person adventure. Our tour guide Bob was amazing, funny, knowledgeable, charismatic and a patient man who loves what he does. Highly recommend this to anyone.
