What are people saying about Osaka

Wonderful day in Kyoto
Wonderful day in Kyoto with our guide, Somei. We saw the Inari Shrine, Kyoza Dera, Golden Temple, and the bamboo forest and had a lovely lunch. He picked us up and returned us to the cruise port in Osaka which was very helpful. Our tour was flexible to our interests and my slow walking speed and mobility. Our guide was very informative and very nice and helpful. We would definitely go again and highly recommend.

This tour is a great way to start your time in Osaka.
I have taken tours all over the world. I couldn’t ask for a better guide than Marii. She went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed her tour and enjoyed Osaka the rest of our time here. She taught us to use the trains. She shared a lot of Osaka history as we were viewing the sites. At the end of the excellent tour she shared a lot of Osaka recommendations and gave us her email in case we had questions. She speaks English, Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, and of course Japanese.

Highlight of my whole trip
Absolutely incredible, the highlight of my entire trip to Japan. Love being able to hear about the history of sumo, learning some of the techniques, watching our wrestlers demonstrate them. Wresters Ryuu and Kai had a combined over 40 years of experience in the sport and we're welcoming and fun. Participating was the coolest too! We did a warm-up and practice some of the moves they demonstrated earlier, which gave even more depth of understanding of the skill and athleticism of the sport. Being able to get hands on was the chance of a lifetime - cannot recommend this experience enough!

A great morning!
We really enjoyed our early morning tour around Nara. Starting early was a great idea as it was much quieter and we could enjoy the temples, scenery and deer without the crowds. Our guide, Toshiki Kobayashi, was really welcoming and made the morning very enjoyable. He knew a lot about Nara and its history, but explained things in a relaxed and interesting way. He was also happy to answer our questions and gave us some good tips along the way. Overall, it was a really enjoyable way to see Nara and learn a bit more about the area. We’re very glad we did the tour and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Nara. Thanks Toshiki for a great morning!

Old meets new in Osaka, where you’ll find Japan’s first official temple alongside some of the most modern food, fashion, and entertainment in the country. Make sense of the contrasts by following a local guide around the city, from the neon lights of Dotonbori to the retro arcades of Shinsekai and the peaceful cherry blossom park around Osaka Castle. Food is a major draw here, which is why many Osaka tours highlight the historic Kuromon food market and nearby kitchenware district.
