Charles was our tour...
Charles was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, funny and professional Kuan was also very helpful, Charles made sure that everyone understood the safety rules , he made the trip very enjoyable, . Btw the tram doesn’t operate until 7am.. we were told to be there by 6:30, it would have been nice if they pick up people at the Mandalay Bay Resort , we had to walk all the way to Excalibur Hotel.

Absolutely awesome !!!
Absolutely awesome, Johnny gave us great comedy commentary through out the trip. Giving so much information & stories. Take our driver was a safety guy - perfect. The Dam and in particular the Grand Canyon are well worth the trip. We would love to do this trip again.

Great Tour- Tour Guide was 5 Star
Tony was a great tour guide, he is funny and made the bus ride fun! The tour was excellent and the ease of pick up and drop off at the Horseshoe was a central location near our hotel. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver did a great job as well. I’d suggest this tour for anyone who wants to see the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. We had plenty of time at both locations and the breakfast/lunch was decent!
