What are people saying about St Kitts

The guides were very...
The guides were very informative and we enjoyed the ride. Unfortunately we booked last minute late at night so there was a delay in getting started because they had to go retrieve extra horses. I felt bad for the other parties as we knew this was due to our last minute booking.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Our tour guide Marle was incredible. His immense knowledge of the island and communication was impeccable. He went above and beyond to make our island tour perfect. This tour is a must if you want to see the historical sites and learn about the history of the island from a local with an incredible personality. 5 stars!!!

Shane was 10/10! And bring CASH!
Shane was hands down one of our favorite tour guides of all time. He was professional, knowledgeable and most of all he was so passionate and proud of St.Kitts and you could tell he wanted everyone who visits to love it too. What I noticed about Shane as well was that all of the places he took us too, he didn’t take us to gimmicky touristy places who would then try to sell you endless stuff. Shane did not do that and we so appreciated that. He really wanted people to have a good time and to learn about the history of St.Kitts and have an appreciation for it. I highly recommend Shane! I hope his dream garden comes to fruition!! Can’t wait to come back! Also, please bring cash!! We didn’t bring enough because the first stop was cash only for entrance - we had enough but not nearly enough for our tip for Shane at the end of the day! We felt so bad! He should set up some sort of Venmo or Zelle for tips!

A nice tour of a variety of the island’s beaches and landmarks
We lucked out, with no cruise ships in port, and got the tour all to ourselves. Our driver, Kenva, was very friendly and even offered to take some pictures for us when we checked out the scenic overlook at the beginning of our tour. Through no fault of our tour, we did deal with some seaweed at the first beach we went to, Cockleshell, aka, Reggae Beach. Our next stop, Carambola Beach Club, we got another benefit of it being a non-cruise ship day, and paid a greatly reduced price for our beach chairs. The lunch and drink options were nice, and the service was great. The next beach we went to, near Frigate Bay, in front of the Shiggidy Shack, was alright. It’s nice if you’re looking for very calm water, but that was the silver lining, in my humble opinion. The last beach was a cool experience, as I’ve never been on a black sand beach before. There is a ton of sea glass if you’re looking for a small souvenir. There’s a bit of an incline to deal with to get to and from the beach, so it’s a good idea to have something better than flip flops. The last stop is purely for the scenery and sea glass, so don’t expect any sunbathing at this beach, but you should have had your full at this point. We really enjoyed our tour with Kenva and Ken’s special rum punch was delicious. If you’re like us, and experiencing a beach at your resort on the Atlantic side that is plagued by stinking seaweed, this tour is a great opportunity to get some time in the waters of the Caribbean and see some of the beautiful island of St. Kitts outside of the confines of the resort.
