Top San Juan On the Water

Met up with team at local fruit stand, and then drove into the rainforest. We had our own private parking upon arrival at the trail head. Took off to the trail head and got a little rainforest 101 as we hiked in.. Not too much not too little info.. Guides had the best energy.. Helmet's and life jackets and local instruction were a great combo. Hit the waterslide, jumping rocks and even swam.. They provided fresh fruit as a snack.. Hiked down and had more snacks and refreshments for us.. What a treat! Thank you!

Beautiful beach spot behind the Marriott hotel. First time surfing for my boys (14/12/8). We were the only people at our scheduled time, so plenty of attention from the instructor. He was very good and encouraging with the kids. He worked with each of them to help them catch good waves and give them tips. They each were able to get up to their feet at least a little bit during the lesson (husband and I probably need to work on our fitness a little before we try this again…lol, but was still fun.) I brought a life jacket for my 8 year old who can swim but is not super confident yet, but he ended up not needing it. The water was shallow enough where we were. Definitely recommend! Oh, and we did this as a 3rd party excursion during a cruise port day. It was easy to take a taxi from the port and then we had a Lyft take us back to Old San Juan after. First trip was only about 15 minutes, the way back took closer to 25 minutes in traffic.

I want to give 5 stars for the customer service. It was A1. I booked the excursion without payment then when days got closer for me to pay it was giving problems so I booked another one with payment but date wasn’t the same. I panicked and asked for the correct date and it was fixed immediately. I appreciated the urgency. The excursion itself was great as well. Ladies please don’t do like me and have on a lace thinking it won’t be hella wet like I put your face all in the water cuz it does. Also have the water proof phone case. Fair warning!!! Overall great experience

Shayla was our instructor. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. She took us all over and gave us an amazing experience. We were able to see a lot of different fish, lobsters, and we swam with a sea turtle and in a school of beautiful blue fish. I definitely recommend it and would do it again. 10/10!

My best friend & I did this tour together yesterday, & we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Jorge. We were lucky enough to have a reduced two-person tour just by happenstance, but even in a larger group, I have no doubt he would have made everyone feel just as supported & comfortable. Jorge was incredibly patient, calm, & knowledgeable. As first-time divers, we were stepping into something completely new, & he had a way of easing us into the experience without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Mind you, it is a mechanically technical sport that required Jorge to check on how we’re doing every 1-3 strides, he’s with you the entire way watching out for your well being as you learn. On top of the physical learning curve he was actively able to alleviate the anxiety/pressure either of us felt both on land & water. He meets you where you’re at, works at your pace, & makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. Beyond being an amazing instructor, he’s genuinely kind, down to earth, & enthusiastic about what he does. His leadership & guidance gave us an experience we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. I truly cannot recommend Jorge enough!

Very good communication with tour company about a change in schedule and pick up information. Our guide/ driver Jason was personable, very informative and detailed about what to expect & knowledgeable of surroundings. He took us to a wonderful lunch stop (one our favorite restaurants during our trip to PR) This tour was very physically demanding.

Garett and Brady did a great job on our tour. We felt safe and knew what to do by their guidance. Garett’s thorough knowledge of the sea creatures and the area made the tour amazing. Brady provided great understanding water footage and memorable photos for us. Thank you!

We had the pleasure to Sail with Captain Joe and Carlos. The other couple was a no show so we had the boat to ourselves which made the experience even more special. The weather was beautiful and Joe was very knowledgeable about San Juan’s History. We would recommend this sailing adventure!!
