Great Transportation Option from Cruise to Airport

This worked great. The van was air conditioned, clean, comfortable and comfortably accommodated us and our luggage, which was a substantial amount for a long trip. We were off the ship more than an hour ahead of the scheduled pickup time fully prepared to wait. When I let the operator know, they switched us to driver that was already there instead of having us wait. Excellent service.

Insane how few people go to Ostia Antica, where there are no queues and it's a vast area to explore. Driving in and around Rome is not for the faint of heart but our driver was fantastic! This is a long trip and we have been in numerous vans that accommodate 6 people and lots of luggage and this was the most luxurious van of the trip! He was waiting for us at the limo/driver section with our name on a sign. Started communicating as soon as we landed and put me completely at ease that once we finished in baggage claim that we would have transportation and a driver waiting for us. There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up. The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.
