Driver was a bit late, but helpful. Driver knew the area and got us to hotel safely. The MB van was dirty in the inside with half eaten food and two have consumed beverages in the cup holder. Please clean you car before picking up passengers

Communication Breakdown at Airport Pickup

Our experience started off on the wrong foot due to a communication issue regarding our airport pickup. Before our plane even landed, the driver contacted me to let me know he had arrived at the airport. Our flight arrived at 7:35 a.m., but I had specifically requested a 9:00 a.m. pickup to allow enough time for our group to clear customs, collect our luggage, and assist a family member who required wheelchair service from the gate through customs. Unfortunately, the driver appeared to have received the wrong pickup time and repeatedly contacted me stating that he had been waiting since 7:30 a.m. and would need to charge us an additional fee for the extended wait. I explained that a 9:00 a.m. pickup had been requested for exactly these reasons, but the interaction felt rushed and came across as rude. I believe this was primarily a communication breakdown between the booking service and the driver rather than the driver’s fault alone. However, it created unnecessary stress after a long international flight. I recommend that future travelers confirm their pickup time with both the booking company and the driver before arrival to avoid similar misunderstandings.

Wonderful! Driver was waiting at the arrivals with our name, sent a picture of his location prior to going through baggage claim, and even though our flight was delayed it was tracked efficiently. The vehicle was spotless, great AC, and comfortable, and water and little candies were given to us. Would recommend and use again!

I booked a sedan, got a small SUV. It felt more like an UBER ride (which might have been better) than a private transfer. Had to ask for the driver to turn on the AC. Very aggressive driving and he was on the phone most of the time talking to what seemed personal calls. It was not a pleasant experience. I also felt like I overpaid for this.

The experience was excellent. The driver was kind, patient and very helpful. He was there way before I got to the airport exit and sent me a message with a picture so I knew how to find him. He took most of my family’s luggage and when I struggled with one piece, he took that too. He gave us water for the journey and even had a good attitude when we realized we booked transport to the wrong hotel. He took us to the new one which was further with no issue. If I could use this company for my travel the whole time I’m in Italy, I would.

The airport in Rome was a total nightmare!! We were told that a new system was installed to identify those entering the country. Facial recognition, fingerprinting, passport scanning. Thousands of people crammed in the airport. Thankfully our driver waited for us!! We were 2 hours past our pickup time so we were charged extra, but thankful that he waited.
