Amazing whirlwind tour of Rome
Our driver and guide Peter provided an amazing tour of Rome highlights so that we know exactly where to focus our limited hours on our next visit. Peter was born and raised in Rome so his perspective was culturally and historically rich—we thoroughly enjoyed our day and would not hesitate to travel with Peter again. Thank you for a seamless and enriching experience!

What a joyous ride!
What a joyous ride! Luca and Simone were absolute gems, total professionals behind the wheel, and a collective wealth of knowledge about Rome and its history. Not to mention excellent photographers. They drove us all around Rome, stopped at some excellent sites we may not have seen on our own, and parked the Fiats in the perfect spots for some breathtaking photographs. They were able to maneuver those little cars in unimaginable ways to get us to some amazing locales, and from there they shared their impressive knowledge of the area. 10/10, a perfect way to spend our first evening in Rome after a long day/night of travel.

An amazing day in Rome
Our driver and guide were phenomenal! We only had one day in Rome and they got it all in! We saw all the popular sights, the Vatican and the Colluseum along with lunch. Gianluca and Elisa were super knowledgeable and were willing to make the day what we wanted it to be. They were truly lovely people and were super accommodating. I can’t recommend this tour enough. There is no way we could have seen it all without them. Highly recommend this tour!

So Much to See in So Little Time! 🇮🇹💖
Claudio was a phenomenal guide! Thanks to his knowledge and expertise, we were able to see and experience so much more of Rome than we ever could have on our own. He is warm, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and so easy to spend time with. Luca also did a wonderful job arranging our guided tour of the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. Everything was so well organized, and it made our time in Rome truly special. We are so grateful for the care and thought that went into our experience. Having Claudio as our guide and Luca arrange everything for us allowed us to simply enjoy Rome and take it all in. Thank you so much, Claudio and Luca! We will always have wonderful memories of our time in Rome and hope to see you again someday! ❤️

While Rome isn’t perched on the Mediterranean like Genoa or Naples, it’s just 15 miles (24 kilometers) from the Tyrrhenian Sea, where you’ll find Civitavecchia, the main port for cruise ships with the Italian capital on their itinerary. This charming port town offers a scenic gateway to Rome, perfect for cruise passengers arriving by sea or travelers in Rome looking for a seaside escape. Rome shore excursions provide a seamless and scenic way to journey between the capital and the coast.
