More than expected!

Our tour to Ephesus and The Virgin Mary’s house was excellent. I have never encountered a guide so knowledgeable about the legends, history, faith and customs of not only this sacred site but in Turkish everyday life in general. This tour was understated and affordable for Cruisers but the experience we received was more than expected. We would highly recommend this pick up and tour.

Devin was a great guide. He has tons of information and his English is perfect. He adapted to our faster walking pace and desire for information. Ephesus is great and we really enjoyed our day. Thus tour has a dedicated driver and a separate guide which was great. We were dropped off and picked up very efficiently. This is a great tour. Highly recommend.

The tour was amazing but our guide Hati is what made the trip special. She is wonderful. Had has a depth of knowledge but a true love for the country she was born and raised. This came thru in each place we visited. We would highly recommend both her company and most of all Hadi.

History Comes Alive in Kuşadası!

We had an incredible day exploring Kuşadası in a luxury van with our amazing guide, Omer! We visited the House of the Virgin Mary, ancient Ephesus, and the Temple of Artemis. Omer was a walking encyclopedia, bringing history to life with his knowledge and fascinating stories. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at a local family-run restaurant and had opportunities to shop for Turkish rugs, jewelry, spices, and local specialties. It was a full day packed with history, culture, great food, and wonderful memories. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Omer as your guide!

Well worth it

Very worth the time and money. Aybi was exceptional. We learned so much about the history of the sites we visited. She managed to keep track of all 8 of us and give us plenty of time to enjoy the area, take pictures, etc while also teaching us along the way. We loved the lunch and it was really cool to see the rug making process, although they do try hard to get you to buy. There was a stop at a local store to sample many delicious goods, but the prices were WAY over marked, very much a rip off (3-4 times the prices of what we found same goods for in Istanbul a couple days later), so I would suggest leaving that stop out or adding a store with more affordable pricing. Overall though, highly recommend this tour and we were so glad to have booked it rather than a ship excursion which would have been large and impersonal.

Great day visiting the amazing cultural site of Ephesus

Fabulous excursion to Ephesus with Ahmed who was very informative, courteous and friendly. A perfect guide. He listened to how we wanted to spend our day and ensured we were back in plenty of time for exploring Kusadasi town which we had requested. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in a pretty garden. I would highly recommend this tour.

Transportation from the cruise port was very convenient and we were able to get an early start at the archaeological site to avoid the crowds. Love that the site tickets were included as well. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging and the ruins were amazing to see in person. Lunch spot was pretty good. Tour group was mostly other cruisers.

A wonderful trip to Ephesus.

The tour begins quite early but it means you get to Ephesus before it gers busy. The ruins are magnificent and the immersive experience is impressive. The trip also included a visit to Mary's house- peaceful and uplifting. Lunch, which you pay for separately, was a selection of Turkish dishes- meats, salad, dips and a very sweet dessert. This was most certainly a small group experience- we were the only people! The guide, Caran, was excellent. She has an in depth knowledge of Ephesus which she shared with us in an user friendly way. She was an absolute delight. The whole day was wonderful. And should you have Caran as your guide you will be so pleased.

A very enjoyable experience

A very enjoyable & informative trip. Would highly recommend. We could have skipped the House of Mary as we aren’t religious. Ephesus was very interesting & our guide was very knowledgeable. We’re glad we visited the terraced houses as this was one of the highlights. Everything was well organised. We had around 10 of us in the group.
