We had a lovely experience. We arrived by cruise. There was a lady that met us directly outside the port exit. She walked us to our transportation (FYI, this was a short walk away, a couple of streets over). The drive was about 10 minutes. The hamam was a beautiful old building. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. He offered us additional massage and oil options, but he was not pushy. My husband and I were able to stay together for the entire experience. I appreciated that they did not make us separate, as I’ve seen where some traditional hamams will separate you by gender. They provided towels for modesty during the bath and massage. When we were done, the driver was waiting for us and promptly took us back. We were dropped off at the same spot we took off from. There were some shops and places to eat, and a nice view. It was nice to be able to walk around and explore a bit before returning to the ship.
Don't waste your money. He had a few hamam experiences before this.
It was super expensive. Not a good job. The scrub was so bad. I will not recommend.

I was stuck on the cruise ship due to large number of passengers disembarking and was unable to get to the dock in time, my driver left and told me to catch a cab, and the refused a refund.

We have tried to reach you but you have not answred our call or informed us regarding your delay. We have other clients to collect as well.
The Hamam was a beautiful building and the experience inside the hamam was lovely ialthoygh it did feel a little rushed.
Unfortunately the pick up location wasn’t clear (others also struggled to find it) and our Rep was disengaged. Our coach driver was great.

Three friends and I (all women) booked this as an excursion on our Kusadasi, Turkey port day on our Mediterranean cruise. We were slightly apprehensive on what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean establishment. There was about a 15 minute hot sauna, followed by a cool water rinse. Next there was an invigorating exfoliating process, followed by a light bubble scrub/massage. Then another rinse. This process was included in the price of the excursion. My friends and I all chose to have a Bali masssge afterward and it was wonderful.
This was a great roughly 1 hour and a half hour experience. We throughly enjoyed it.
One word of advice to other women, don't spend a lot of time on your hair and makeup beforehand. You will get wet. Also, wear a two-piece bathing suit if you choose to get a massage.

The bath house was old and rundown needed to be fixed 5 years ago ! Then I booked for a Turkish bath and scub but I got Indonesian or the local called it Bali rub . not thing wrong w those lovely people but I got a two min rubbed down no bath and it’s no drink not even water ! I whole experience last 40 min not two hours as described then my husband needed to go to the toilet the driver said hurry I’m late I mentioned is not even time up yet ! He said you have time but I don’t !
It would have been a lovely experience but it felt very rushed the body scrub and the bubbles with massage would have been good if they had taken there time .
The experience was absolutely amazing. The place is so clean and beautiful. We included the pick up/drop off option and it was so seamless. They messaged us the exact pick up location & included photo's. The hospitality was excellent!!!! We added on the 30 minute massage when we got there and it was so beyond worth it!!! We even bought the oil because it smells so good

We were not sure what to expect but our experience was wonderful! Start off in a sauna, move to a salt room, then we were lead to the bath room. You’ll lay on a large marble slab while being bathed (in a swimsuit). The bubbles are the BEST!
This was hands down our favorite thing we did on our 14 day cruise. They pick you up right outside the port. Once you get to the bathhouse, they explain the process and you can add on an oil massage for extra and I cannot recommend that enough! Everyone in our group wore swimsuits. You get changed there then head to the sauna. Then they bring you in to lay on a heated marble slab where you are scrubbed from head to toe with an exfoliating mit, rinsed, and covered in bubbles. They massage the bubbles all over your skin and then you rinse off. The oil massage was the best massage I have ever had and then even gave us all a container of clay mask to take home. Cannot recommend this tour and this Turkish bath enough!! We would be back every day if we could.
This was amazing! Communication was prompt and specific. Pickup and drop off right from cruise port. The bath was luxurious and relaxing and the add on massage (for 49 euros) was the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommend for a few hours of pampering!!
The massage was excellent but way pricey for being in Turkey. A little far from the city for my liking.

Travelling on our 1st cruise we decided to have something abit more relaxing in Kusadasi as previous days had been full on. We found this experience and loved the idea of a spa. With some trepidation booking outside the cruise line. We took a punt that this trip would be close to the port and would go well. We couldn't have been happier :-)
Great communication by email and WhatsApp keeping us fully connected. Advised they would collect us by the port entrance. Which they did and were actually waiting for us!! We were taken to the experience which is literally only 10 mins away so no fear of not getting back to the ship. Once we arrived we were very well looked after, They explained what our experience would be and under no pressure offered us a few upgrades which we actually booked. Full massage at the end of the Hammam experience. The masseuse were lovely people who did an awesome job of revitalising us all including our 11 year old daughter who they took great care of making sure she stayed with her Mum throughout. She really did not want to leave at the end!! Then when all complete we were dropped back at the port entrance. Overall great experience and trip. Would recommend :-)
Nothing less than amazing. We melted! Front desk guy was kind and made us feel at home. Masseurs were fantastic.
Amazing!!! The experience of laying on warm marble surface with silky bubble suds felt good, but the scrub and massage was cherries and berries on top! Customer service was fantastic, and cruise ship friendly. The spa had someone to meet us right outside the port and then were picked up /dropped off back at the port. The facility was clean and inviting.
The experience so relaxed me, I left on wobbly legs.
I did not feel pressured to buy any of the additional offered services.
The attendants professionally provided services in a comfortable and clean environment.
I talked my husband into this experience. He raves about it now! We’ll be looking for a Turkish bath everywhere we go.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were all amazing and so friendly. I would definitely add in the massage, well worth it.
We were on a cruise and booked this for our activity and this worked out perfectly. They picked us up at the port and brought us to the bath. We added on the massage which was lovely. When they returned us to Port, we still had time to tour and grab lunch. A great unique experience.
From start to finish, this was a great experience. Sitting in the warm room, the foam/bubble massage and full massage were all worth every bit. Can’t recommend enough.
Great experience. The pickup is easy and the people very friendly. They offer some up sells like a massage which we did for another 49 euros. The bath and scrub down is fantistic
First Turkish hamman baths, was really nice as it is a traditional one, pick and return from port via taxi included was easy, had a fab time
