Fab tour

Excellent leader in Ewa extremely knowledgeable about auschwiitz. She made sure we were comfortable on the coach, told us how the day was to progress and what we could expect and the times we had at each stop. Fabulous day from start to finish she was engaging, friendly and helpful. The tour was so interesting and informative and emotional, Pawel was an excellent driver, he slowed down when he could to give us a view of Birkenau before we visited, and made sure we had a comfortable journey. This was a really well...

This was a really well arranged trip. The instructions on where to meet were sent the day before and were very clear, especially as we stayed in an area they could not collect from. It was only a 5 minute walk to meet them. The mini bus was modern and comfortable. Our guide was clear on what we were doing and when. The trip was what we expected and well worth it.

Zakopane tour

Fantastc trip from pickup to drop off with Paul(driver) and Fabian our guide. Great communication, time spent in each place we visited. The views from the top of the cable car were stunning. The thermal spa was a great chance to relax. Recommendations from Fabian of other places to visit were useful. Would advise anyone to do this trip and hopefully i will also do so again myself.

Depressing but important to learn about

A sobering trip but well organized from beginning to end. I recommend paying for the box lunch option because there is no time to buy food and use the restroom on the short break when the bus drops you off outside of Auschwitz. (The ladies room line is a mile long - they really need more restrooms!)

Really good tour

Highly recommend. All worked really smoothly. Picked up from hotel early. There are 2 places in Auschwitz (both with a guide), then on to the Salt Mine. Worth doing both in one day if your time in Krakow is limited (it is a long day, with an early start from hotel, but makes sense if you don't have lots of time, and you probably need to be up early for Auschwitz anyway with the queues).

Fantastic - from pick up...

Fantastic - from pick up to drop off and the trip in-between! The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant. Pawel, who took us was so knowledgeable, communicated well and was very informative. Not an easy tour to do but honestly, a necessary one. A great experience and really worth doing.

Salt Mines tour

Excellent trip. Received email confirmation of pick up time and location day before the trip. Picked up from the hotel in an 8 seater mini coach. Driver was on time and very polite. Only 2 other pick ups within 5 minutes. Good journey there. Driver was very informative and stayed with us until the tour started. He provided his number so we could contact him when we had finished. Good journey back. If you are wondering if it’s worth a visit I would say definitely yes.

Rainy, cold, but great experience!

Day went without any problems. We were alerted the day before for pickup time. Driver, Tomas, was right on time. He continued to pick up others and off we went. It was a rainy, very grim day. Upon arrival, the parking lot was packed , but Tomasz handled everything and gave us clear instructions. After we completed Auschwitz and Birkenau tours, Tomas safely dropped us off. He followed up with a nice message of tips for where to go in Krakow, which was appreciated. Short of us underestimating the weather and the nature of the tour, it was a great day. I'd recommend this tour company and Tomasz over anyone!! Fantastic!!! Thank you.

Everything was great from...

Everything was great from communication leading up to the pick up, being on time, very friendly and extremely well organised. Can’t fault a thing and special mention to our guide, Conrad who was really engaging and gave us so much information about the camps and history of the war.

A must in Krakow

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.
