A terrifyingly humble experience

Punctual, friendly, and safe driver using a comfortable small van (there were 8 guests). The option to purchase a lunch bag directly from the driver is also a handy tip for anyone who might not want to pack their own food. Auschwitz I Tour: Very informative and managed well with an English-speaking guide and one-way audio headsets (which are essential given how busy it gets). Birkenau Tour: Led by the same guide without needing a radio due to the lighter crowd, though I was struck by the sheer, staggering size of the Birkenau camp. Eating is forbidden inside the camps, and the short break between Auschwitz and Birkenau doesn't leave enough time to buy food on-site. Packing your own snacks or taking the driver up on the lunch bag offer is definitely the way to go!

Great tour

Thousand miles Magda and Lukaszc were great. The trip was fun, scenic, well run and varied. We got a little bit of information and entertainment with some great short stops here and there - actually felt a little bit more like a guided thing rather than purely being dropped off in a couple of spots. When we went Chocolow was closed for maintenance so we actually stopped at Gorocy Potok baths - which were great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently took the **Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau Live Guided Tour & Hotel Pick-up**, and it was brilliantly organised from start to finish. Michael was an outstanding guide. His English was excellent, and his knowledge of both Auschwitz and Birkenau was truly impressive. Throughout the day, Michael made sure everyone was well looked after. He clearly explained what was happening, what the plan was, and what was expected at each stage of the tour, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and respectful approach added so much to this important visit. I would highly recommend both this tour and Michael to anyone visiting Krakow.

It was around 10-12k...

It was around 10-12k steps across the day for us - we had an official guide at both locations and it was very helpful and better than going to do it solo. Whilst there’s a lot to see at Auschwitz we were taken round quickly to all the ‘more’ important parts due to time constraints and light - consider whether you’d want a longer time there as to whether this tour is for you or not. Lunch is excellent and would recommend. No complaints about the tour at all.

The whole experience was...

The whole experience was organised and managed really well. The first tour of Auschwitz was a bit quick, but this was because there were so many groups going around, so this was not the fault of this tour organiser. The guide was fantastic, he showed real emotion and then when we went to the second camp, there were opportunities for any questions at any point. The first camp, we were all given headphones to listen to our guide which was really clear. After we booked, I was sent a message on WhatsApp, and all the information we needed was sent to us by humans and not a computer. Our driver was there at the exact time and was very friendly and gave us a lot of information on the journey. Would recommend this tour 100%.

This is a trip I believe...

This is a trip I believe everyone needs to go on. I have watched, read and listened to lots of stories but nothing prepares you for the harsh reality of what the people sent there went through trying to survive. It makes you appreciate how precious life is to us all, from every corner of the world. Our guide was very try informative, knowledgeable and passionate throughout the tour.

Well organised

Good communication before the trip. Pick up was on time and in the agreed location. Friendly driver who provided good information about the plan for the day when we were on route. Well organised and all went exactly as had been explained to us. Be aware that there is a lot of walking involved which may be a challenge for some.

Excellent communication....

Excellent communication. Being picked up at the VRBO where I was staying was a plus. Offered lunch for a reasonable price, and it was plentiful and good quality. Van was comfortable. Being in a small group made it easy to move through the sites. Jakub was our driver; he did an excellent job, made sure everyone was taken care of.

Miss informed

Would recommend the trip to see the salt mines but check first on the transfers and payments for the mine as I was conned payed of this site but it only covered the transfers and not dropped off at the bus station which was a 20 minute walk back to my hotel ,then had to pay separately for the tour ,which was amazing

A Long Day

The day before we were advised of 05:30 pick-up. Driver was punctual. After about 1.5 hrs we arrived at Auschwitz. We were handed off to a licensed Auschwitz guide who stayed with us for the next 3 hrs. The tour was emotional & sad & at times felt rushed. We appreciated the guide’s knowledge, passion & very good English.
