What are people saying about Poland

Memorable day at two important Polish sites
This was a long day, but worth it to combine both locations. Our driver/guide gave a nice summary as we travelled to each location. Then, an expert guide at each location walked us through the history. The salt mine was an important driver for Poland’s wealth starting in the 1200’s. Auschwitz is known, but is something different when you’re looking at a picture being described and you the background building from the picture directly in front of you.

Tour of Auschwitz
Our guide was excellent and made our visit to Auschwitz both informative and meaningful. They were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate throughout the entire tour. The history was explained clearly, with important details and context that helped us better understand what we were seeing.

Excellent Tout
A truly inspiring experience visiting Wawel Castle and St. Mary’s Basilica. Both places are breathtaking, rich in history, and full of incredible architecture and atmosphere. Excellent value for money, especially considering the beauty and cultural significance you get to experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kraków!

Memorable for the right reasons
A very knowledgeable local guide who took time to show interest in where different group members were from and shared many interesting facts about the areas we visited. A well paced trip with different stops to break up the journey into the mountains and thermal springs resort. Very helpful and organised. Good communication before and during out trip.

Fantastic trip, well worth the money
This was an extremely enjoyable event. Our guide and driver, Thomas, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly young man. All timings were maintained and no issues through the entire day. Thomas also provided us all will tips for restaurants and other places to visit on krakow and surrounds. Highly recommended.

Well organised and run
A really well run trip, great communication from Patryk, time of pick up was in advance and came on time as stated. And on completion of the tour, taken back to exact place we were picked up from. Advance Tickets straight in and our guide around both camps, Helena was so knowledgeable.
As for the trip, harrowing, somber, a mix of emotions, but a trip that everyone should do.

Looking at the past
This is a walking tour requiring climbing steps and walking down gravel roads and uneven pavement. Believe the information provided that it is hours of walking. I am 78 and was able to do the tour. But was tired afterwards. It is a sad tour but one everyone should take so nothing like this ever happens again.

Great to do with a Tour Company
The tour was seamlessly run and we felt in great hands the whole time. Our van picked us up at 5:40am and transferred us to a larger bus and we arrived at Aushwitz at 7:20a for a 7:40a tour ticket time. The bus held about 20 passengers and was tight. My husband and I are average American size and were fine, but caution if very tall or on the bigger side. Tour for Aushwitz was about 2 hours, then about a 15 min break and drive to Birkenau which was 45 min. Afterwards we had a 40 min break where you could purchase food or some people had it included in price (we did not). Then a 1.5 hour drive to the Salt mines where I think everyone napped! You get to drive most of the time through suburbs which is cool to see. We arrived at the Salt Mines at 1:10p, but tour time wasn’t until 2p. They also have lots of food, ice cream and places to sit, albeit very hot. Salt mine tour was excellent and cool to see. The main tour took about 2 hours, but then there was an optional museum tour which was 45 more min. Everyone but 2 people in our tour decided against it, but we had to wait for them on the bus which was not ideal. Got back to Krakow at about 5:30p and had to walk about 15 min back to our hotel. Overall it felt so good to be in the care of the Mr. Shuttle driver. He knew where to go, what to do, where the bathrooms were.

Great Tour Guide
The transport bus didn’t pick up near my hotel. I had to walk about 2 miles in the heat to catch the bus.
However the bus driver was awesome and the tour guide Anna were very nice and helpful. Our guide was absolutely amazing! She has absolutely provided a 5star tour experience.

Great experience
The experience with this company was great. We had good and frequent communication pre trip about timings, what to expect etc. Our driver Daniel was great- really helpful, always smiling, and made the logistics simple. Our tour guide at Auschwitz was brilliant- sensitive, informative and a lovely human. I'd really recommend this tour and this company.

Beautiful
Absolutely breathtaking visually and also the thought that the mine has been built for about a thousand years. Ps. a development suggestion to Viator, the pick-up description was the street address of the bus station but google nav showed it literally, by a garbage bin at the back entrance of the station. Maybe you change it to "bus station platform area" instead.

Unforgettably amazing!
The highlight of our trip to Krakow. Our tour guide Mirek, and driver Lukas were amazing. Communication prior to the trip was fantastic and pick up was on time. We were picked up at half 8, and were back at our hotel by 8pm. It’s a long day, but totally worth it, highly recommend!
