A really lovely mother and daughter day out. Daniel was an amazing tour guide, especially with his recommendations for hot chocolate in Zacopane! Very informative and attentive. Zacopane was gorgeous with lots to do and the views are incredible.

It depends if you have children if you don’t then the time at the cable car is too long. Otherwise the spa pool is well worth all the waiting around

The views from mountain resort were stunning and the area had lots of places to eat. The thermal springs weren’t exactly what we expected as some areas were so busy with loud music so not tranquil but enjoyable in some areas. The pick up/drop off was very efficient as was the tour guide who was excellent.

This was a fab trip and Lara our tour guide was lovely, very friendly had a fountain of knowledge about every stop we made and made the trip very interesting. The weather wasn't great but we did not let this ruin out day we had the best time. Everything run very smoothly from receiving what's app from Lara about pick up and the communication was brilliant from start to finish. Would definitely use Viator again

He led us to the cable car and hot springs - we assumed that us where we were to meet him. He waited in his car in the parking lot. I can’t always find my car in a parking lot. He never told us to find him in the parking lot. He was in a tremendous hurry to get home - our 12 hour day was 10.

I had a great time on this tour, even as a solo female traveler on a cold and rainy day. Obviously wish the weather was better for Zakopane, but honestly it was still beautiful. Bring cash as many of the small shops do not accept card.
The guide was amazingly kind and very knowledgeable! Communication from the company was clear. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

I was travelling with my friend and her two children (10 & 12) and this was booked for our last full day. The company were fabulous and communicated the plan and pick up arrangements the day before and passed on the number for our guide, Simon. He arrived on the day in great time and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our minibus was full with two other couples on the trip - we were all from the UK and got on great. Everyone in my party had a fabulous time! The cheese and vodka tasting were great and Zakopane was a great experience different to Krakow. The weather held but unfortunately low mist meant we couldn’t see the mountains but this didn’t effect the overall day. The children absolutely loved the Thermal Springs; and the adults were able to unwind too.
Following Simon’s guidance throughout the day, it was really relaxing and enjoyable. He recommended places to eat in Zakopane which was also really helpful - we had the best hot chocolates and matcha latte ever! It was a long day and the kids enjoyed themselves so much, they slept on the journey back so extra points there!! Overall, a fabulous day; well worth the price and a great break away from busy Krakow.

Very easy booking this trip online. The day was exactly as described. Received whats app the day before with pick up details & a map showing how to get to pick up point. Our tour guide Lara who was lovely & very helpful also sent a message the day before to ensure we had everything we needed.
Zakopane was beautiful wirh stunning views & the thermal springs were fab. We had a great day. Would definitley recommend.

We started off visiting a historical house in the highlands, learning about their life then and now. Then we enjoyed some vodka and local cheese. After that we went to the mountains of Zakopane where we got the cable car, had time to explore and eat lunch. We ended the day with the thermal baths which were crowded but enjoyable. There are many different pool options both indoor and outdoor, as well as a sauna and salt therapy room. It was a perfect day with our guide Kacper and I made some friends on the bus!

Great trip, well worth the money! We were picked up close to our hotel at the arranged time. The guide/driver was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The villages are fantastic and the local vodka and cheese tasting is a must. Zakopane is one of the best places I have visited, beautiful view and great places to eat!

This was well worth the money. Guide was great. Highlight was the thermal baths. Would do this one on its own with more time. You can hire towels but do recommend bringing flipflop as a must. Zakopane is lovely with the main shopping street was lovely and remind of ski resort shopping. The view from the mountain was spectacular. We were so lucky with the weather sunshine every day

What a lovely young man Bart is.
Kept in touch with information the day before, confirming pickup time and place.
We were picked up outside our apartment at the agreed time.
He taught us so much of Polish history on our journey.
He kept us updated throughout the day of our travel plans and stops. He even took us into the thermal springs to explain how the system worked as we would have been clueless.

What a great experience!!! The only thing I wish was better was the weather, but that can’t be controlled! Our tour guide (Kacper) was AMAZING!!! I met new friends! Did something I never thought I would! I tried an all nude (adults only) spa! Loved it!!! This trip has been amazing in every way!!! The cable car was comfortable! The town of Zakopane was cute as well!

Casper, our driver /guide was very good, telling us everything we needed to know . He looked after all our needs, & was very funny & inter active . zakopane was a fabulous town.The funicular tram had amazing views, at the top there were some lovely restaurants, & stunning views of the mountains.we were very lucky to have the sun shining all day, even though a little cold!
The thermal spa was amazing, very well organised & was the best end to a great day.

We were picked up promptly from the collection point and began our journey to Zakopane. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and Zakopane itself is a truly beautiful place.
On the way, we stopped to see the traditional 16th‑century wooden houses, which was fascinating to learn about and amazing to see still standing and in use today. It really added to the authenticity of the trip.
Ending the day at the thermal pools was the perfect way to relax and unwind — a real highlight and exactly what we needed after a full day of exploring.
Our guide, Lara, was excellent: very knowledgeable, well organised, and always gave clear instructions, which made the whole day run smoothly and stress‑free.
A must‑see experience and worth every penny. We travelled as 2 adults and 1 child and would highly recommend this tour to families as well.

Our driver was a great guy, but honestly this seemed like a series of tourist traps. The shepherd's hut is just a hut ... with cheese ... and weak vodka shots, nothing amazing. Zakophane itself seemed like an endless stream of souvenir stores. I am sure there is a quaint mountain village under there somewhere but I didn't see it. The funicular was fun, but it was cloudy and rainy when we went so ... no view. The spa was honestly the highlight. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on steroids. Though definitely extremely crowded, we were able to find quiet corners to soak and relax. If I had it to do over again I would just have done the spa.
Our guide Marcel was very kind, very safe and very organized. However, we were sitting in the very back of the van so we got very little information from him about everywhere we were visiting.

Weather in the mountains can also be unpredictable, and unfortunately the views from the funicular depend heavily on conditions that are beyond our control.
