- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you purchase a reduced ticket and you are not under 16 years old or a student under 26 years old with a valid STUDENT PHOTO ID, the Vatican will deny your entry and you will not be able to visit the Vatican or join the tour.
- All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security.
- Knees & Shoulders MUST be covered for both men & women.
- Some monuments or areas may be under restoration and subject to last minute closures. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is not possible to contact guides when they are inside the Vatican museums, it is the clients responsibility to stay with the guided tour group, if you lose your guide inside the Vatican, there is nothing we can do in this case.
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
- St. Peter's Basilica is subject to last minute closures for religous events, and the Papal audience on some Wednesday and Saturday mornings. In the event that it is closed if you have selected the option to visit St. Peter's Basilica you will have an extended tour of the Vatican museums. The Basilica is free to enter and we do not have any control in the event of these closures it is not possible to provide a refund under these circumstances.

What a great experience. Our tour guide could not have been any better. She was knowledgeable and totally engaged with our group. Our access to the Vatican was very quick and easy. All in, a great tour with a wonderful guide!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He was easy to understand and answered questions very well. He definitely knows his history and his way around all of the places we went. He did not rush us through any of the exhibits but allowed everyone time to enjoy the beauty.

We had a wonderful time with Maggie. She had great energy - warm, welcoming and kept a large group engaged and on-task. She was very accommodating to those in our group that needed it. The tour meeting spot was easy to find, had a restroom (this is important in Italy!) and a drinks available for purchase.

This was a great way to see all of the parts of the Vatican . Maggie was a great tour guide!! The group size was 20. It worked but I would maybe suggest a smaller group. Maggie handled the size well.

Great tour. So much history especially from an American. The only issue I had is that they give you an earpiece so you can listen to your guide explaining the history, etc…. The earpiece they gave us was only one and I had to hold it in my ear the entire time because it kept falling out. We went on another tour that gave us earpieces that fit perfectly in both ears that we were allowed to keep (I’m sure sanitary reasons). The earpiece thing is done with all of the tours. Over 30 million people visit the Vatican each year. There are many different tours in many different languages going on. My only complaint is that I was giving an earpiece that constantly fell out of my ear. Other than that Excellent!

This is a great first step into learning about the Vatican. After your guided tour you could expand and a longer tour or go on your own. There is so much to see that the tour barely skims the surface and worth it. We toured during an off peak time and it was still somewhat crowded.
