- Please note: this is a private tour. The list of sites is a menu of options—not a fixed itinerary—and it isn’t possible to visit all of them on a 3-hour tour. At the start, your tour expert will discuss your interests and plan a realistic route. You’ll see as many sites as time allows.
- most tours operate with a six-seat golf cart—four seats face forward (including the driver’s position) and two seats face backward.
- Hotel pickup is offered only in the city center. Please check the hotel list or contact us if you’re unsure. If no pickup location is selected, the tour departs from the Rolling Rome office at Piazza del Gesù 47.
- Please note: this is a sightseeing tour and does not include entry to ticketed sites such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums, or Pantheon. We’ll stop by these landmarks for exterior views and photos, but we will not go inside during the tour.
- The tour runs rain or shine. Our golf carts are equipped with rain covers for wet weather.
- For large groups, we can operate multiple golf carts—each with its own tour leader—and keep them coordinated and close together at each stop.
- No reconfirmation is required upon arrival. If you have any questions, please send us a message at the time of booking.
- All golf carts are street-legal and equipped with seat belts and side protection.
- We can accommodate a wheelchair for free only for bookings of up to three participants.
- For safety reasons, each golf cart can accommodate only one baby seat, which must be installed in the middle seat next to a parent.

We were extremely please with our driver, Linda. She took us to beautiful locations that were a part of Romes history but not the typical ones. Less touristy, off the beaten path, another side of Rome. Yes, we saw important places too. She tailored the tour to our request and delivered beautifully. Stopped for awesome gelato in a quiet location. She even suggested a great place to eat in Campo di fiori, Romoletto’s Ristorante, which was very close to our wonderful Hotel Damaso. Perfect way to enjoy Rome and end the evening.

Gabriel was amazing. So knowledgeable and took us to all the known spots and some only locals would know about. Best way to see Rome in a short amount is tine and recommended best pizzeria after for food and drinks!!

Loved this tour. What a great way to spend your first day in Rome, and get the lay of the land. A great jet lag activity too. Francesca was so knowledgeable, not only about the sites we were looking at, but about other topics that just came up naturally (color field art, equestrian sports, Spanish food!). She also told us how to find the best gelato and what to order for dinner.

We had a fantastic tour with Suzanne who was engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. She arrived at the arranged pick up site on time and we were amazed at how many sites she was able to take us to see. There were built in stops to grab drinks or snacks and we never felt rushed. We especially loved that Suzanne was able to take us to the perfect vantage point at many of these sites away from the crowds; this led to not only us learning so much about Rome, but also some unforgettable family photos as well. We will definitely be recommending this tour (and Suzanne!) to family and friends that we know are travelling to Rome!
