Visting the Vatican and all it entails is a wonderful experience. The Guide was well informed but difficult to understand and very soft spoken. Even though we used Whispers, if you weren't standing next to him it was difficult to hear what he said.

Even though we arrived 10 minutes prior to our meeting time of 8 am, Viator employee never showed up until 8:15. we didn’t know if we were even at the right place. Guide was just ok, waste a lot of time explaining irrelevant things when we could’ve been exploring other areas.

The Vatican and the Sistine Chapel were breathtaking. The tour was wonderful, but the transportation to-and-from our ship cost twice as much (€400) as Viator told us it would.

Before the tour day, you contacted with our agency by saying that it will be really hard for you to go to pick up point from the ship by walking. As its not allowed to go inside of the port we contact with the port workers to find a solution for you and we did. After that you ask for drop off which is not included in the service and we explained you that it will be extra cost of 200 € for drop off as its 1 and a half hour driving back to the ship and you accepted this by knowing every details. I am glad to hear that you like the tour and you enjoyed but i think its not fair to give us 2 stars on that point. Kindest Regards City Rome Tours

What a wonderful experience we had on our private tour. Even though my significant other had studied Roman History in University, both he and I learned an immense amount of fascinating facts on this tour. Our tour guide was engaging, vibrant and of course, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.
