Excellent tour highlighting an historically relevant site, offering a glimpse to both Ancient Rome and Medieval Rome. While perhaps note on the top of most itineraries, this was a very fascinating tour, and a must stop considering its proximity to the Vatican. Plus you get an excellent opportunity for pictures of Rome and the Vatican. Our guide, Alec, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very entertaining!

Worthwhile and thorough- I knew little about it before the tour and was surprised it also served as a prison

Fantastic Site to Visit
This was an amazing place to visit for a few hours at a leisurely pace. We didn't bother with the audio guide and whilst I'm sure it was informative, we just enjoyed meandering and reading the information boards. The meet and greet for our tickets was great, and whilst they come at a premium compared to on the door, there was a long queue the day we visited so our tickets ensured immediate entrance. Well worth it.
