Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit and remains valid for 30 days
The Colosseum and Vatican Museums need to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Follow the instructions in the digital guide or Go City app to book. When you arrive in Rome, head to one of the centrally located Concierge Desks to pick up your tickets and they'll help you book other attractions.
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.

i have used go city pass in several countries and was pleased but NOT in rome. it was unclear which lines were for go city and which were not. Many attractions were cheaper than what go city listed so wasnt worth the $$ and most places required PRE booking of attractions if you had go city. Furthermore, many people at desks didnt even know what it was. In rome, I would recommend you stick to pre-purchased normal tickets instead.
