- Everyone's full name (as shown on their ID) must be given when booking. If the names don't match the ID, entry may be refused.
- You’ll receive your ticket by email and WhatsApp (if available) before your visit.
- Go straight to the entrance, but everyone must still go through the security check line, which may have a short wait on busy days.
- Kids under 18 enter for free, but we still need their names when you book.
- We’ll provide free child tickets for them.
- A digital audio guide (online, app, or MP3) will be sent.
- You’ll need to listen on your own phone with headphones.
- Your ticket includes one entry to the Colosseum and one entry to the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill.
- Bring your ticket with you — either printed or on your phone.
- he organizer may cancel the tour due to unexpected issues.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book, and children must come with an adult.
- You can visit Roman Forum and Palatine Hill before or after the Colosseum
- The tour duration is 3 hours. The organizer reserves the right to switch up which comes first: Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, or the Colosseum, depending on the time slot.
- Once the tour date has passed, refunds are not available.
- Our operational team has the right to select the Colosseum entrance depending on the situation

Do not book this excursion with a third party. Do it directly on the website. This booking said entry to the Colosseum when I got there I was denied access on the floor. I could only go upstairs. It was very frustrating because the booking didn’t mention any of this. How could you sell a ticket to the Colosseum without access to it. Very frustrating and it was also way overpriced. If you do it directly on the Colosseum‘s website it’s way cheaper.

Tour we booked was for arena access and audio guide we didn’t use the audio guide we just wanted to enjoy at our own pace. Listened to it before going to understand what we would be looking at. Which was great because service was spotty there which isn’t the tour operators fault. Received tickets 48 a few days before tour. I am happy with how it came out. We arrived 30 mins before tour ensure we were in the right place to avoid confusion. I will say If you can book directly with Coliseum I suggest that for a better price. But since they do sell out this was an amazing option to still be able to enjoy this experience.

Colusseum and Forum are incredibly interesting and well worth a visit.
However, Audio guide points are not in same order as the tour and it becomes very confusing trying to follow.
Might just be worthwhile playing it through before you go!
Otherwise, tickets for this tour arrived in good time and clear instructions received regarding entry points.

We were in the area more than an hour before purchased tour. After walking around with maps, we were never able to find tour start or join in any tour. Therefore is was a huge waist of money and a great disappointment to miss what was anticipated as a vacation highlight. No stars coming from us.

The colloseum is amazing and worth a visit but we felt overwhelmed with the amount of people there and it was just too busy for us, there's different ques depending on your ticket type which was confusing initially but staff are helpful, I think if we returned we'd probably book a small group tour

I am pretty sure I booked the tickets for Monday 22nd, some how. Received tickets for Sunday when I was not even I Rome at that time . I’ve landed on Sunday evening.

The Colosseum was a must-visit. However, it was already crowded at 10:00 am on a Sunday in late June. The tickets were sent via WhatsApp and email by Italytours, which was convenient. We paid 40 euros each for a ticket, which normally costs 20 euros each. The Forum and Palatine Hill were beautiful archeological sites, but with these tickets it was not possible to skip the line and we had to stand in a long queue in the heat. Although we were guaranteed a ticket with this option, the price was a bit high.

I didn't download the audioguide but it was worth it to pay a little extra to get the early timeslot we wanted to avoid the heat. It was good going round at our own pace rather than with a tour. We enjoyed the Rome and Troy exhibition.

The tickets provided are just the official tickets sold at double the price. No internet in the area to listen to the audioguide. Audioguide provided is also free of charge and same as signposted around the colosseum so not getting extra. It is better to buy from official website but was sold out at my time.

If you are going to Rome on shorter notice and miss out booking directly, then this is the way to go. You pay more but The communication was as promised. We received the tickets in advance and were given Really good directions on where to go for the ticket entrance as well as good information on what gate to go to for the shortest line for Pallantine Hil and Roman forum entrance. 10/10. We didn’t use the audio tour so I cannot comment but otherwise as someone who was worried about booking an experience this way it was really good.

It gives you access to so much. It was 2 adults and 2 kids. We all enjoyed it. But the audio guide requires wifi and we had no internet connection at all. We prefer exploring on our own anyway.

BEWARE! the instructions they give you to enter are actually at palatine hill. we entered palatine hill, did the tour, and then exited to enter the coloseum. The coloseum entrance rejected us saying we were past our entry time as we had spent 45 minutes going through palatine hill. we had to stand back in line at the ticket counter and purchase tickets directly. I WANT A REFUND!

Well, we paid for 2 adults and two kids about $95 - unfortunately we arrived 45 minutes late duento personal circumstances and the tickets lost its validity. However, the tickets are only 18 Euros for adults and kids under 18 are free. So my recommendation: Go at your convenience, buy the tickets at the ticket office. The wait line was about 15 minutes. Don't waste your money.
