The two operator didn’t get the tickets to me until 15 or 20 minutes after the start date, which was a little annoying!!
This is just someone to push you in on the line. They give you a QR code to an audio tour but don't tell you if you don't save it before you get into the Pantheon you may not have any internet access

Meeting point is very close to the Pantheon. Once everybody arrives you receive a link with your tickets and access to the audio tour. Very easy and worthwhile to skip the line!

The meeting point was easy to get to and not far from the pantheon. To download the app for the self guided tour was very easy to do. The pantheon was amazing. I highly recommend this historical site.

The check-in for ticket pick up is not right near the pantheon, however, once we found it the tour operator made it so easy to get tickets and walked us over to the line and waited until we all walked in. Great experience. The audio guide was so easy to use and we learnt a lot. Would definitely recommend.
This is essentially an Audio Skip the Line guide. The tour guide helped navigate to the front of the line and download the audio then left.
I ordered the tickets through Vitor and was just expecting to receive tickets for the Pantheon, but it then said I had to get them through a third party. This third party, royal routes, made it very difficult to find them because the location they sent via WhatsApp did not work and just sent a picture without a name or pin to follow to. Then when I was told they needed the voucher instead of just the name of the reservation it made it more difficult. We ended up getting our tickets and heading into the Pantheon but this company made it more difficult by being away from the Pantheon piazza and not being easily identifiable.
Everything was fine, the guide si kind and helpful, he put us inside really fast, and that is the best.

Perfect. There were two "greeters" who had flags and easy to see; they waited (the meeting point) in a quiet square just around the corner from the Pantheon. They WhatsApped with updates just prior. All very efficient and no waiting at all.
Almost gave up because if the heat and long line. Found you site and booked your tour. Our guide took us directly to the front of the line. Amazing. Your team was also very helpful with technology, setting our phones up to receive the thickets and audio guide

We arrived the Pantheon place. It was hard to look for the white flag as there was a lot of people. I recommend to provide the Aviator employee a longer flag so that it is easy to look for him. As soon as we saw him we approached him and he was very nice, he helped us on our tickets and the QR code. He was very respectful and has a calm aura within him.
Well organized tour coordinator. Took care of us right up until entering the building. So good to skip the line. Go at your own pace and use the audio guide.
Converting the voucher into a usable ticket was awkward. First of all I needed to find the right piazza and once there then who and what?. Just keep asking until you find the Trip Advisor contact. Download the audio guide before you go inside, after you’r inside it won’t download.
Should have communicated that you would need the whats app on your phone and ready to go. It was chaotic when checking in at the Pantheon.
