I am originally from Georgia and I love sharing the authentic traditions of Georgian cuisine. Even though the ingredients are not Georgian, the techniques, shapes, and cultural elements are exactly as we use back home. Guests learn how to shape Adjarian khachapuri into its iconic boat form, mix the cheese, and understand the small details that create its unique flavor. For many visitors, this is their first time tasting Adjarian khachapuri, and most say it’s one of the most delicious dishes they’ve ever tried. The process is fun and interactive — everyone makes their own khachapuri, which makes the experience personal and memorable. We also prepare a simple but aromatic Georgian salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced onion, and a walnut dressing. This warm, friendly, and authentic activity brings Georgian culture, taste, and tradition together in one enjoyable culinary experience.

It is not a conventional chocolate tasting. It is a guided immersion into the world of cocoa, from its origin and history to the cup. We work directly with producers from Peru and Ecuador and know the origin of the cocoa we taste. We will compare three 100% pure chocolates to discover how their aromas, flavors, and sensations change according to their variety, territory, and production. We will also share what we learned on your trips to the producing areas, where we met the farms, the families who grow cocoa, and the processes behind each origin. You will learn to recognize a quality cocoa, what to look for when choosing it, and the differences between pure cocoa, ceremonial cocoa, and the chocolate we usually consume.
