Incredible experience. We got way more than we expected. Besides the Paella we enjoyed tapas, sangria, great conversation and some history. We worked as teams to create our paellas traditional (Valencian), seafood and vegetarian. It was a great experience to all eat what we created together. Please book this experience, you'll thank me later.

It was one of the best things we did in Valencia! From the trip to the market, to learning how to make sangria, actual making the paella and then sharing a meal all alongside wonderful humorous guides who really love what they do. 100% would do it again it was informative, delicious and so much fun!!

The team at My First Paella is hands down, the best!!! There are three guides total in a class, the way they split up and share the info flows perfectly. We could not stop laughing! They do not cook for you, so get ready to learn hands on!! We are so glad we did this class. We also happened to have a heck of a time getting to the class. We were late and missed the market visit but they were so kind and let us stay for the cooking portion! Beautiful memories made and even better food. Oh and try to get with Jose if you have the chance!!

Highly recommended, the best way to experience València paella history and cooking fun! Really well organised, easy to find the meeting spot, the guide and hosts were 10/10! Relaxing and friendly atmosphere throughout; the kitchen was well equipped and with air conditioning; I went with my 14 years old son and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Great value for money.

We had a wonderful afternoon learning about and making paella! The tour started in the market where we learned about the ingredients. We moved on to a sangria workshop and then had a truly hands on experience making paella. It was delicious!! Our chefs were awesome and kept the fun and sangria flowing. Would definitely recommend this tour and would do it again.

I had never done a cooking class OR eaten paella. This adventure was a fabulous introduction to both! We had so much fun. The sangria, tapas, and paella were outstanding, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend!

I did this tour two summers ago while in Spain and I still think about this class often. So much fun making the paella!! They give you unlimited drinks too and applies and honestly, that was a nice surprise. Some tours are quite stingy with the extras. So this was wonderful! And of course, the paella was AMAZING! Definitely do it!!

This was such a fun class! I don't eat seafood, so I was happy to find a paella class that cooked a traditional Valencian paella with chicken and rabbit (and even snails!). The instructors were great at making sure everyone was involved and the finished product was fantastic.

Had an excellent experience at My First Paella. We were served delicious tapas and sangria. Then we got hands on with the cooking of the meal. Finally the group sat and ate our delicious lunch. We got lots of interesting information about València and the tradition of paella.

Go with an empty stomach - tapas, paella and dessert is plenty to eat! Fun experience with knowledgeable hosts. Recipes on their website are worthwhile - will try at home.
