Kimi met us on time at our hotel and gave us an excellent door to door tour to and of Suzhou. He brought us to a great restaurant for lunch and we had a great meal. Walking through the gardens of Suzhou were a great highlight for us. Definitely wear comfortable shoes as we walked approximately 7 miles and the gardens have many steps and uneven stone paths.

Our tour guide Bill was great. Very knowledgeable and we learned so much history. We loved the boat ride down the river. It was so beautiful. There was a light rain that made it even better. The Tour of the garden was amazing. We loved hearing about all the history and it was so beautiful. Highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed our tour very much. Annie, our guide, was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and always very kind. She gave us detailed information, historical background, and interesting cultural insights. We have a young child with a stroller and she was very considerate, finding us better walk paths that were more suitable for the stroller. We are so thankful for the great experience! Thank you, Annie! When we come back to Shanghai, we will definitely reach out to Annie again!

We had a wonderful tour exploring the beautiful night lights along the Huangpu River and the charming atmosphere of Yuyuan Old Street. The cruise offered stunning views of Shanghai’s illuminated skyline, making it a truly memorable experience. Our tour guide, Mary, was very knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good English. She shared many interesting facts and stories about the city’s history and culture. As an added bonus, Mary is a great photographer and helped us capture fantastic photos throughout the tour. Thank you to the driver as well who ensured we reached our stops safely and for the excellent navigation.

First off, We were picked up in a very luxurious van at our hotel. This made the 1+ hour ride very comfortable. Michael was our guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and his English was perfect. We loved the walking area, gardens and boat ride around zhujiajiao. It was interesting to hear about the history. We selected the included lunch at a local restaurant which was plentiful and very tasty. Honestly one of the best meals of our whole trip to China. (Really) The little shops at the water town were fun to browse through and prices were excellent! Much less expensive than souvenirs and handmade items than in the city. I wish we had more time to browse but we only opted for the half day private tour. I highly recommend this tour. And especially if you are lucky enough to have Michael as your guide!

Had an absolutely great time. Sunny helped navigate and set up the whole experience with ease, and I was paired with my Tour Guide, Helen, who was absolutely fantastic. She aside from being able to structure the tight schedule made sure that it was an enjoyable one and was beyond knowledgeable and kind in sharing so much historical information and facts about Beijing, The Great Wall, and China overall. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to work with them again on a future trip to the Beijing area. So grateful because I definitely would not have been able to coordinate this otherwise without them. Such a wonderful memory.

They should know that my experience with Li Zhaochen our guide was exceptional and flawless. It started at our hotel which was at least 1/2 hour out of their meeting point and he picked us up. He made sure we had the best experience and that we arrived at our destination Shanghai: Southern Great Wall Day Trip by Bullet Train on time and safe. He was very kind and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience - he helped taking pictures, he gave us the history and customs of the places we visited in addition to the Wall - Taizhou Fucheng was one of them and since it was our first time on the bullet train he even took us out prior to us getting on it so we could video it coming into the station. We had a traditional lunch at a restaurant he had selected and he had listened to our likes and dislikes without us noticing. He had a private room for us with a spread of various custom dishes which tasted delicious and took care of our vegetarian and the person in our group who did not eat chicken nor fish. The food was freshly made and delicious. There was a person who wanted iced tea which they are not accustomed to having and he obtained it for them. He had drivers all set up who were safe and also pleasant. He even had raincoats and water for us. When we finished our tour we wanted to continue shopping and he helped us set up a ride back to the hotel. I cannot fully explain how helpful and enjoyable he made us feel and I know this is not the only tour he guides so if I were you I would ask for him without hesitation! A really personal tailored day tour. Excellent driver and quality car. Extremely knowledgeable guide Peggy who was excellent and provided us with lots of information during the day. She spoke fluent English. A total gem of a guide. Highly recommended 5 star. Jenny's China Tours very good value for money. We will highly recommend to our family and friends visiting China.
