We had a wonderful time on this tour and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Our guide Jenny was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She was very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts that made every stop even more meaningful. She also went above and beyond by taking amazing photos of us throughout the day, which we really appreciated. She was very flexible, proactive, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made this tour even more special. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience with an exceptional guide!

Today's trip to Zhangjiajie was absolutely amazing! The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views that exceeded all my expectations. A special thank you to Jenny, who made the entire experience exceptional. She knows Zhangjiajie like the back of her hand, and every detail of the day was perfectly organized. Thanks to her expertise, we avoided unnecessary waiting, saw the best viewpoints, and enjoyed a seamless itinerary. Jenny also shared many valuable recommendations, not only for the rest of my current visit but also for a future trip with my children, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend visiting Zhangjiajie, and if you have the chance, ask for Jenny as your guide. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate about making sure her guests have the best possible experience. It was an unforgettable day, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

The three-day trip to Zhangjiajie was fantastic. We visited the Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. The weather was bright and sunny for most of the trip. Though it rained on the day we toured Tianmen Mountain, we were lucky enough to enjoy amazing sea of clouds surrounded by mist. Our tour guide Jenny arranged the itinerary perfectly and helped us avoid crowds so we didn’t have to wait in long queues. She took great care of us throughout the whole journey, making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. One small note is we would have appreciated learning more history in each of the sites we visited. I would recommend the tour to make better use of time and to ensure you cover trip highlights!

Amy was fantastic. She was so sweet and accommodating. Her English was great but we ended up doing a good portion of the tour in Chinese, giving us a chance to practice. Whatever we didn’t understand Amy translated into English for us. She gave us plenty of information on the Avatar mountains and took us to all the best viewing spots. She also made sure we got front row to the Bailong elevator and always told us which side of the shuttle bus to sit on for the best views. Amy was very sweet and engaging with my 12 year old daughter, which I appreciated, and she was accommodating whenever we wanted to stop to shop or get any snacks. Amy made the day momentous and easy. Make sure you book this tour and ask for Amy!

A great experience from the start.Melody,online,made sure we were going to be picked up at the closest place as possible to out hotel. Tracy,the tour guide was very friendly and professional.She made sure we were all good throughout the day and she explained everything with enthusiasm. Being in a small group made also a massive difference. We strongly recommend it.

I had 2 differebt guides for the different days. Both Jeremy and Sasha were absolutely lovely. Attentive, communicative and made sure everyone was taken care of. Taking time for pictures and getting to the best spots to save time. It After doing the tour I realize how valuable it was. The sites are massive and a maze of busses, cable cars and activities. It saved me so much time. I highly recommend! The only improvement could be to be clear on the advertisement that certain activities are not included although we do them on the tour. It is not a big deal because it is not expensive and not the fault of the guides but, the company.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Nora was friendly, professional, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with Nora if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie—it truly made our experience unforgettable.

Our tour to Tianmen Mountain (the famous “Doorway to Heaven”) and the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge was absolutely incredible! Kaia was an amazing guide — so organized, friendly, and fun to be around. She made everything smooth and stress-free while making sure we hit the best spots for views and photos. At the canyon, we did the zipline and the slide, which were SO much fun and such a thrill! Kaia truly made the day special with her energy and attention to detail. Highly recommend this tour — and definitely ask for Kaia!
