Amy was fantastic. She was so sweet and accommodating. Her English was great but we ended up doing a good portion of the tour in Chinese, giving us a chance to practice. Whatever we didn’t understand Amy translated into English for us. She gave us plenty of information on the Avatar mountains and took us to all the best viewing spots. She also made sure we got front row to the Bailong elevator and always told us which side of the shuttle bus to sit on for the best views. Amy was very sweet and engaging with my 12 year old daughter, which I appreciated, and she was accommodating whenever we wanted to stop to shop or get any snacks. Amy made the day momentous and easy. We did a 2 day tour with Wendy. We had such a great time! She was on time and very informative about the history. It was a huge plus she lived and grew up in the area. So we got to learn not only about the mountains but the way of life in this area. Definitely was worth it to have Wendy handle all the transportation. It looked very confusing and we saw a lot of western people struggle with the bus system so it was a huge plus to have someone that knew their way around so we didn't waste time figuring it out. Would definitely book Wendy again if we make it out to this beautiful area

Lily provided additional support by booking a show afterward and helping us get the kids situated. She went beyond her tour guiding to help us and we are grateful. Our 4-day Zhangjiajie trip was amazing and memorable thanks to our guide, Mira, and driver, Mr. Ding, who accommodated our family of six perfectly. They were flexible by quickly adjusting our schedule when dense fog rolled in or the Golden Whip Brook was closed due to flooding from the massive recent rain, ensuring we still got to see all of the famous tourist spots. The pacing was excellent for both our parents (60s/70s) and adult children (20s/30s). Mira knows the best photo spots and has a wealth of knowledge about the history and local traditions which provided a great experience based on our interests. Between Mira’s enthusiastic and helpful guiding in English and Mr. Ding’s comfortable and safe driving, our vacation was completely seamless and stress-free!

I am retired and travel the world independently. I typically book all my own tickets and plan my own travel to the areas I want to see. My 60 day trip through China was no different. However, when I looked at Zhangjiajie, the sprawling area with numerous places was a bit daunting, so I opted to book a guided 3 day tour. I’m glad I did. Our tour guide, Amy, effortlessly took us through all the places I knew I wanted to go, and added many more stops that enhanced my visit. Amy is a local, born and raised in Zhangjiajie. She is energetic, knowledgeable and fluent in English. She has a great personality and sense of humor, but more importantly, the leadership and organizational skills needed to get things moving. I never waited in line for tickets and she told me what I needed to enter the gate (passport, ticket or just my face). She was always waiting on the other side with her driver nearby. Zhangjiajie is an absolutely wonderful place. I’m thankful I had the chance to experience it completely with Amy’s help.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Best tour!!!

Our tour to Tianmen Mountain (the famous “Doorway to Heaven”) and the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge was absolutely incredible! Kaia was an amazing guide — so organized, friendly, and fun to be around. She made everything smooth and stress-free while making sure we hit the best spots for views and photos. At the canyon, we did the zipline and the slide, which were SO much fun and such a thrill! Kaia truly made the day special with her energy and attention to detail. Highly recommend this tour — and definitely ask for Kaia!
