This tour was great! Miss Mary arrived early and explained what we would be seeing right away. She gave us background on the city while we travelled. She is an expert photographer, telling us how to get the best angles and often taking much better photos than we could manage. She answered all our questions. And the water was appreciated as it was a very hot day. Mary is a great tour guide and clearly loves the city. Great tour!

Late for Our Date!

The places visited on this tour in Shanghai are truly the highlights of the city for a first time visitor. Be careful about booking this tour if you arrive to Shanghai on a large cruise ship. There are 2 cruise terminals in the city. It took us 1 1/2 hours in a taxi to get to the meeting place for this tour. Luckily the tour guide was a great communicator and he waited patiently for us to arrive. And we were the only 2 people on this tour. We selected not to visit the Shanghai Museum in order to make up the time lost in the morning.
