We booked and paid for tickets but the proper tickets were never sent. If we hadn't of found a kind your guide that wasn't part of the company to help us by spending over an hour to try and get someone to send the ticket we wouldn't have got in. Very bad experience with viator

Rooftop was not included...

Rooftop was not included although it said optional... Very disappointing experience, we tried to book it there then but there were no time slots left to go. Running around at the place trying to find out what we could do is not the point of booking online, very frustrating since we had to leave Milano without being able to go on the roof which we mainly came for.

Optional access to roof is misleading!

You need to download the QR code for your entry to the Duomo. The optional rooftop visit means you buy a further ticket for either 16 or 18 euros per person ( depending on stairs or lift). There is no option of visiting the roof within the original ticket price. The team at Viator were very quick to help us. A ticket bought at the duomo is cheaper.

Poor Option

No one to meet us. Cathedral ticket office would not honor our tickets. The ticket link that was emailed did NOT include the proper ticket scan code we needed. We would like a FULL REFUND! We had to purchase tickets directly from the Cathedral which were half the price. Cathedral was Awesome, this skip the LINE NOT SO MUcH!

Don’t book the Duomo tour

The tour specifies it is two hours. Wrong. Five minutes tops. You are only allowed to walk around on the main floor sanctuary, that’s it. They booked our tour at 5:30 and the museum closed before 6 pm. A HUGE WASTE FOR FIVE MINUTES.

I bought tickets to duomo rooftop and in the end the tickets did not include the rooftop access the were just entrances, they were very difficult to access I had to click on various links and it took us a long tome to find the tickets. Not a very transparent procedure and worse of all it tricks you into believing you are getting something more when in fact you are getting the least at a much higher price than market rate. Help line did not answer. Disappointed

This tour was a great option because tickets for the Duomo were sold out on the date we wanted to visit. We were able to book this tour on Viator the evening before.

First of all, the tickets to rooftop were awesome! But when we walked down to the inside, the guards would not let us through. Said we needed a different ticket. Also said we needed shoulder coverings which we did not have. Disappointing ending to the tour.
