What are people saying about Italy

This was the most special...
This was the most special tour we did. It's expensive, but our guide Guido made it well worth it. He was so full of knowledge and passion for the subject matter and getting lost in the Borghese Gallery with him for 2+ hours was intimate and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Love it from beginning to end!!!
Naomi was so amazing!!!! She was at the meeting point way ahead of the scheduled time, helping not only the people on her tour but also others with doubts or questions, too. She was very knowledgeable, and her way of sharing the story behind both the Underground Aqueduct and the area around it, and how it relates to the Trevi Fountain, was just awesome!

Skip the line-- 100% worth it!
Getting the skip-the-line tickets was absolutely worth it—especially after seeing the very long queues just to enter the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Once inside, it was an incredible sight to behold. No photo can truly capture the beauty and detail; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate

Wonderful site
The site is incredible but the pre booked ticket is not as good as one might think the line for entry is longer for pre booked tickets the day we went and if you make it to the front 30 min before the time in your ticket you have to get back in line 🙃we went through the line twice! For us it would have been better to buy on arrival but that might be different later in the season.

absolutely fascinating
You have to be able to go down 90 steps to get into the tunnel and there are multiple other staircases from two to eight steps throughout. Apart from that, totally fascinating and well worth it. I am 70 and did it, cane and all! It was almost an hour and a half for the walking tour. We took the English version.

True skip the line tickets
Really worth it. Our leader met us at the designated spot and walked us all the way to the entrance gate to ensure we were able to genuinely skip the line. She was so friendly and engaging, explained the layout of the Vatican and what to expect and provided a map with suggestions of where to start

Visit to Accademia Gallery
Booked through Viator.
Cheaper through the gallery website but no tickets available for our date (Resellers like Viator obviously buy up lots of tickets and make a margin)
Booking process straightforward but that only gives you a voucher.
This voucher needs to be exchanged for actual tickets with a representative of the reseller at a location close to the entrance of the gallery.
This process actually worked smoothly. The rep was at the location when we arrived 10 mins before our entry time.
Tickets were provided which included the "skip the line option"
The rep told us to see the security guards who on presentation of the tickets directed us to a different entrance to the main line up of visitors.
It all sounded a bit risky when I made the booking but everything worked well so I would recommend this approach if you cannot get the cheaper tickets on the gallery website

Tonia was a great guide,...
Tonia was a great guide, and this experience was more than worth it. The process is simple and easy to follow. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to have this experience without having something reserved well in advance. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up and highly recommend!

Excellent
The instructions on where to pick up our tickets were very clear, we actually arrived early just in case and the guy was already waiting for us. He was pleasant and gave us lots of info.
It was all very easy and stress free, especially when we saw the actual queue to get into the pantheon

Highly recommended if you can’t get tickets through the official site
Super easy to book and meet the guide in front of the Caffe Vaticano right across from the entrance lines to the museums. Get there early to grab a coffee. This is not a guided tour, but you can download audio guides to listen to while you walk through the museums and Sistine Chapel.

Not to be missed for families!
I've been to this museum once before and it's always a fantastic experience. It has something for everyone; the history, the designs and loads of interactive aspects for the kids. Even the gift shop is decently priced although clearly has some things made in China haha

Well worth it!
Great experience.. lots to see but David is so remarkable it’s worth going just to see him!
Arrive 10 mins before your allocated time. The ticket collection point is easy to find just across the road from The Accademia. Well worth getting skip the queue tickets especially if you are coding during the busy months.
