What are people saying about Berlin

Comprehensive tour
Ariel was a great guide. He is very knowledgeable and has a pleasant personality. He helped my family get our ABC card at the train station. The group size was manageable around 20. Our tour of the town and camp was just long enough for me but some other guests looked rather tired at the end. I have a pretty good knowledge of WWII history and still learned a lot on this tour.

You MUST take this tour!
This has to be the most fun and informative tour we have ever taken. Our driver, Patrick could not do enough for us: He was always smiling and laughing and nothing seemed to be too much trouble; He kept a very cool head in some tricky situations; As a bonus, he was an excellent driver! Our guide, Walid was the most amazing, professional, knowledgeable, personable and down-right funny person. I cannot speak more highly of Walid: There was no question he wasn't able to answer; He gave us insights into the places we visited that we wouldn't have otherwise come across if it wasn't for him; He was educational, entertaining and emotionally intuitive all at once - very important skills to have especially when visiting sombre sites. We visited so many wonderful sites around Berlin including Sachsenhausen Memorial. There is no way we could have so thoroughly covered so much of Berlin without Patrick and Walid. Thank you so much for a wonderful day. We highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Perfect blend of detail and efficiency
Hannah was an amazing guide who was able to clearly and efficiently share the history of Berlin’s role in WWII. I’ve taken other tours which were too detailed and left us exhausted halfway through. Hannah kept us engaged the whole time. She covered most of the major sites in a reasonable amount of time. Her visual aids were helpful too. She definitely left me wanting to research some places and events in more detail.

Such a meaningful tour!
Paul was so knowledgeable about the camp and its place in history. He handled the tough truths of what happened at the concentration camp with incredible sensitivity and honesty and made sure we had time to both see things for ourselves and hear important information. I wish we had more time in Berlin to take more tours with him! Excellent experience!

Berlin tours are as eclectic as the city itself. History buffs can spend hours pondering the World War II and Cold War museums and monuments, take a walking tour of the Berlin Wall, or visit Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. Once you’ve uncovered the city’s past, it’s time to discover the delights of modern-day Berlin—explore the neighborhoods, tuck into street food, or go bar-hopping. Expert-led tours are also a great way to pack in all the sights, whether you choose a classic hop-on hop-off bus or river cruise, or add a fun twist and see Berlin by bike, Segway, rickshaw, or mini hotrod.
