Loved this tour!

I was nervous that I might feel claustrophobic- you can feel the air moving, all of the passageways are big and roomy, not an issue at all. It was an amazing place to see, great tour and I’m so glad I got to see this wonder! Pickup communication was great, very awesome experience!

I enjoyed both aspects of the tour. The salt mines were a unique experience, and worth the stairs! Auschwitz was a profound experience. I have read a fair bit about it, but seeing the exhibits of what these poor people suffered was a very emotional experience. Everyone needs to see this so we can be reminded of what the dehumanization of other people who are different than us can lead to. I highly recommend the tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. On a lighter note, the purchased lunch was very delicious and a good value for the money.

Gabriel was the best guide

This was a most relaxing and beautiful day for our last Dis in Krakow. Highly recommended. I would go back to the thermal springs and stay a week. Gabriel was the perfect guide, making sure ours and air new found friends needs were met. He was kind and patient and his parents should be proud of their wonderful son! What a gentleman.

Be prepared for an early start but it is all worth it. Auschwitz-Birkenau was our first stop and our guide was absolutely fantastic. If you travel to Krakow then make sure you include this as part of your time there. The second visit of the day was the Salt Mine and again a great experience. Great guide; very knowledgeable and just an enjoyable experience. Only disappointment was the fact my husband missed out travelling in the miner style lifts.

Great day out!

We had such a great day on the Zakopane trip from Krakow! From start to finish, everything was really well organised. Booking was super easy, communication was great, and our collection was right on time. Our guide, Magda, was brilliant. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting history about the places we visited, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Chocholow was lovely and peaceful, and the stop for cheese and vodka tasting after was a fun experience. The vodka definitely got everyone a little more lively. Then it was on to Zakopane and up the funicular, which was one of the highlights of the day. The views were absolutely amazing and definitely worth seeing. We finished the day at the thermal baths, which were perfect for cooling off in the heat. It was quite busy, but there was still plenty to enjoy, including lots of slides and areas for the kids. Sitting at the swim-up bar with a drink was a pretty nice way to relax too! We had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend this trip!

Must do tour and must do tour company

This is a must do tour - book with this tour company. Simon our driver was outstanding. He picked me up at my choice of locations. I chose in front of my BnB. He contacted me the night before and before his arrival. He arrived right on time. He brought lunches for those who wanted them. He kept us well-informed. I left a small bag in the van accidentally and he brought it to me the next morning. Simon - you are the best. Thank you.

Great, informative tour, well organised, great price.

Efficient and well organised. We arrived and departed on time, no issues with any instructions from our guide. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned which was great as it was 33 degrees C on the day of our visit. The only minor issue was that the video player wasn't working so we couldn't watch the introductory film ahead of the visit, I'm not sure how much this adds to the visit but we didn't feel like we needed it as the tour itself was really informative. Recommended, would use this Tour Operator again without hesitation. Thanks!

A Real Salty Experience

Wonderful experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience better. You need to pace yourself because you’ll travel down three levels in about to two hours. I don’t recommend this activity if you’re claustrophobic. You’ll travel through some tight spaces. But all in all a wonderful experience.

Looking at the past

This is a walking tour requiring climbing steps and walking down gravel roads and uneven pavement. Believe the information provided that it is hours of walking. I am 78 and was able to do the tour. But was tired afterwards. It is a sad tour but one everyone should take so nothing like this ever happens again.

Bridget the Tour Guide

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was one of the most moving and emotional experiences I’ve ever had. It’s a place that everyone should visit at least once to truly understand the scale of the atrocities that took place and to honour the memory of those who suffered. Our guide, Bridget, was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful throughout the tour. She shared the history in such a powerful and engaging way, helping us understand not just the facts, but the human stories behind them. Her guidance made the experience even more meaningful, and she answered every question with care and sensitivity. Although it was a deeply heartbreaking visit, I’m grateful to have experienced it. It is something that will stay with me forever, and I cannot recommend this tour and Bridget highly enough.
