What are people saying about Krakow

Hello Cracow were excellent and the trip was so organised
We booked through Viator but communicated with Hello Cracow from the minute we booked who were excellent in sending us Whatsapps and providing information on pickup points, where the bus would get us and reassuring us the whole way. The only slight issue was that I had booked a 07.30 bus but we were then booked onto a 14.45 bus which meant getting back to our apartment at 21.30. I'm not sure how this would work if we had a flight in the afternoon hence why booking an early slot? The tour itself with Mathew was very good and the whole afternoon was extremely organised and ran smoothly. We learnt a lot and found both sites very interesting albeit very sad too. The bus was clean and clear information is given at all times as to where to go and who to meet etc. Definitely recommended

Zakopane and thermal baths tour
We had such an amazing day sight seeing in and around Zakopane.
Mirek was a great tour guide, giving us detailed information, history and funny stories. There was also plenty time to explore the streets, markets and enjoy the thermal baths. We would highly recommend this tour and experience.

Auschwitz Tour With Guide
As expected this was a very moving experience, but a place you must visit. This was a very well organised trip. We were kept regularly updated through WhatsApp with pick up times etc. Our driver was brilliant as was our tour guide. Definitely recommend this tour and this operator.

Really good tour
Highly recommend. All worked really smoothly. Picked up from hotel early. There are 2 places in Auschwitz (both with a guide), then on to the Salt Mine. Worth doing both in one day if your time in Krakow is limited (it is a long day, with an early start from hotel, but makes sense if you don't have lots of time, and you probably need to be up early for Auschwitz anyway with the queues).

An informative, harrowing day
The combined tour is long (approx 10-12 hours) but was very well organised, with clear communication provided the day before the arranged date. We were accompanied by excellent, knowledgeable guides at the locations who were clearly passionate about their respective subjects. The transport to and from Krakow was also very comfortable.

Brings History to life
Door to door service. Well worth the trip - brings some reality to history, a real eye opener. Guide was great, friendly extremely informative, patient with those a little slower and was happy to answer any questions - Caterina (I think). Lots of walking no food allowed inside however you can take something in your bag to eat before and on bus to Birkenhau - not much time though. You can take a drink throughout the tour.

Rainy, cold, but great experience!
Day went without any problems. We were alerted the day before for pickup time. Driver, Tomas, was right on time. He continued to pick up others and off we went. It was a rainy, very grim day. Upon arrival, the parking lot was packed , but Tomasz handled everything and gave us clear instructions. After we completed Auschwitz and Birkenau tours, Tomas safely dropped us off. He followed up with a nice message of tips for where to go in Krakow, which was appreciated.
Short of us underestimating the weather and the nature of the tour, it was a great day. I'd recommend this tour company and Tomasz over anyone!! Fantastic!!! Thank you.

Salt Mines
An amazing experience - so interesting. Our guide was brilliant. She gave us so much information and was so pleasant and helpful. Be prepared for the stairs. Wear comfortable shoes. Wouldn't think it's a suitable experience for someone with mobility issues.

Salt Mines tour
Excellent trip. Received email confirmation of pick up time and location day before the trip. Picked up from the hotel in an 8 seater mini coach. Driver was on time and very polite. Only 2 other pick ups within 5 minutes. Good journey there. Driver was very informative and stayed with us until the tour started. He provided his number so we could contact him when we had finished. Good journey back. If you are wondering if it’s worth a visit I would say definitely yes.

You are in safe hands !!
Book with confidence, you are in great hands with these guys. Got a text the day before confirming pick up time and location. We were tempted to go with a slighly cheaper company but glad we didn't. Everything was on point can't fault them from start to finish.
Both tour guides at Auschwitz and the salt mines were brilliant and very knowledgeable.
Great communication and professional , Gregory the tour leader even set a whatts App group up for the full bus load so you knew what was happening throughout the day, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth the money.

Everything was great from...
Everything was great from communication leading up to the pick up, being on time, very friendly and extremely well organised. Can’t fault a thing and special mention to our guide, Conrad who was really engaging and gave us so much information about the camps and history of the war.

A must in Krakow
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

With its medieval architecture, thriving nightlife, and storied past, Krakow often feels like a contradiction. Krakow tours help you understand the city's complex, vibrant soul. Join an expert guide to hear local history on a tour of the UNESCO-listed Old Town and Wawel Castle, learn more about the darker spans of history on a tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, or live it up while bar-hopping in Krakow’s hottest neighborhoods. No matter what you choose, Krakow tours can help you see the city through a new lens.
