This was a great tour and...
This was a great tour and our tour guide, Lucas, for the Auschwitz part, shared a lot of information with us. Our driver was very clear and kept us updated throughout the day.
We found the salt mine interesting. Good idea to have a light jumper as it can be cold in parts.

Great tour
The tour was very well organized and punctual. The guide was nice and knowledgeable.
The walking was not a lot: I was semi injured of my ankle and I had no issues; also a lot of older people were in my tour and they had no problems walking the distances.

This tour was wonderful. ...
This tour was wonderful. It's such a difficult subject, but the driver was great and the tour guide (Anna) was just amazing. So knowledgeable and her presentation was just spot on. It's almost like you can't describe it. It's so powerful and important to visit. I would recommend this to everyone.

Getting picked up and...
Getting picked up and dropped off at the hotel was an added bonus to a well organised experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and whilst finding out about the events surrounding Auschwitz and Birkenheau was distressing it was done with the utmost respect.

Highly recommend this guided tour with hotel pick up.
Lots of walking but really interesting and well worth doing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and went at a steady pace for us to take photos. Highly recommended this guided tour. We had pick up from our hotel which was on time. Great communication via watsap.

We booked last minute as we were let down by another company and we’re so glad because this team was the best! Picked us up on time, really great guys and they even dropped us off at the airport after. Alex in particular went above and beyond, couldn’t recommend enough!

Wonderful Tour!
This tour was relaxing and informative. While we usually choose to bootstrap our day-trips, without taking this tour, we would not have been able to access some fun activities like the vodka/cheese tasting or learn about the area. Our guide was Mirek and driver was Lucas…great guys, very chill and friendly.

A very well organised day
A really memorable day out.
The driver Piotr was very good and was very clear in all the necessary instructions.
Firstly we visited the salt mine in Wieliczka. It is well organised so groups do not bump into each other. There was a lot of walking.
The visit to Auschwitz - Birkenau was also well organised. Guide Gosia was excellent. Here too the groups were well organised so you never felt like the visit was crowded. Extremely memorable though very sad to see where so many people died. It is so important to have an excellent guide for this part of the excursion. We were very lucky.
I would strongly recommend booking through Viator. They work with Krakow Direct.

The Salt Mines in Krakow...
The Salt Mines in Krakow were absolutely fascinating and well worth visiting. The tour was informative, the underground chambers were stunning, and the whole experience was very well organized. A special mention to our driver, Daniel, who was great—he arrived on time, was really friendly, and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Auschwitz and Salt Mines from Krakow
From the pick up with Thomas we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Recommend this tour as a combo if you have the 11ish hours 7:25-18:25 with transportation. The salt mines were amazing and our tour guide Lucyna very sweet and informative. Wojtek was our guide at Auschwitz and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him and answered all questions. Be prepared to walk and climb some stairs…. 850 steps down to Salt Mine (Lyft back up) and many ups and downs on the camp. Thanks again Thomas for a great drive and humor.

Timely pickup and...
Timely pickup and comfortable drive to the site. Excellent English speaking guides at Auschwitz - Birkenau. Important visit to comprehend the impact, atrocities, and inhumanity of the relatively recent events of the Nazi regime, the Holocaust and WWIl

An unforgettable experience! The perfect day to end our holiday
This was the highlight of our holiday. We were picked up by the wonderful Mateusz (Christopher/George!) and from the get go he was wonderful, welcoming and funny.
We were in a group of 7 and it was one of the best days I have ever had!!!
We all got on so much and had a laugh!
Mateusz was so organised and clear about everything. First stop was the wooden village which was interesting and you were able to buy souvenirs such as the local cherry vodka. We then went to the Shepherds hut where we were given the local cheese with jam and the lovely cherry vodka.
Zakopane was beautiful, make sure to go in to the old town rather than stay just where the funicular is. But that is a must do and is really quick even where there are loads of people.
We had a good amount of time here (still not enough) and it was lovely.
The final stop was the thermal spa which was quite literally the best way to end the holiday. We had a good amount of time here but again never enough! It’s a long day but worth it.
Most of the group met up for dinner that night as we had so much fun.
The day was full of fun and belly laughs!
I will never forget the sausage!!!
Mateusz thanks so much.
An unforgettable experience that’s worth doing yo get a bit of a feel if somewhere else in Poland rather thank just staying in Krakow and surrounding areas.

With its medieval architecture, thriving nightlife, and storied past, Krakow often feels like a contradiction. Krakow tours help you understand the city's complex, vibrant soul. Join an expert guide to hear local history on a tour of the UNESCO-listed Old Town and Wawel Castle, learn more about the darker spans of history on a tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, or live it up while bar-hopping in Krakow’s hottest neighborhoods. No matter what you choose, Krakow tours can help you see the city through a new lens.
