Very careful if you have everything organized... you're left lying around like nothing... 3 hours before the start of the activity they send us a message that advances 1 hour and a half the visit... we had to run out for the meeting point, being at the meeting point, they tell us that it is impossible, that they do not have our tickets... something inexplicable... the only options they offer us is to change it the next day or return the money... we had to change the plans of the next day to be able to make the visit of the coliseum... I think they take advantage of those desires that we travelers have to see one of the most important tourist attractions of the city, because once there, either you accept or you stay outside... the next day we made the visit, but we had to queue to take our own tickets... so in the end the excessive overcost that we had to pay was just to go with guide, since, the queue to take the entrance we had to do it equally.
