This tour was perfect! Aki was a fantastic guide from start to finish. She is organized, engaging, knows her history and weaves in fun facts. She explained the history of Nara, the deer, Buddhism/Shintoism, the temple and shrine. She was very helpful and inquisitive making sure all of our needs were met. Aki and this tour are a highlight of my trip. I cannot recommend it enough.

This was one of my favorite things that I did in Osaka! The tour guide was awesome, very patient, and answered all the questions from the group. He explained each stop and took us to places I would have accidentally walked past if I were on my own. I actually ran into the tour guide later in my trip by chance, and he gave me advice on where to find a small museum in the area I was in, which was very kind of him. I highly recommend this tour!

A definitely must when visiting osaka

Excellent tour. Our guide was excellent was funny and had insights on the area from the history to the customs. We were able to try many different snacks and drinks from Osaka. All the spots were hidden gems which is what we were hoping for. He even invited us to an additional spot that was not part of trip (additional cash cost on it end). The tour and food was everything we hoped for. I'd definitely recommend it.

Don’t miss out on this fun way to learn about sumo wrestling.

What an awesome experience! First, we learned about sumo and its history. Then we met the two sumo wrestlers, Kai and Ryuu, who would be performing today. They demonstrated legal and illegal moves. They threw in a little comedy, which was so fun. Next, they invited the audience to participate. How funny was that! Last, they gave everyone an opportunity to have their picture taken with Kai and Ryuu. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to have fun while learning about sumo wrestling. It’s totally worth the money.
