Great tour of the Great Wall

We had a private family tour Lucy who was an amazing tour guide! She and our driver Yang were right on time for the pick-up at the hotel. Lucy had an in-depth knowledge of the historical and cultural aspects of the tour, and she explained everything in very easy-to-understand english. We were there on a monday during the school holidays (the busiest day of the week), but she managed to make the experience fun and informative. The car ride was very comfortable on a very hot day. Highly recommend both Lucy and Yang.

Excellent Tour with a Wonderful Driver

We were very happy and satisfied with the experience. Naomi was our driver and took excellent care of us. She was very attentive, accommodating, and professional, and she speaks very well English. We deliberately chose not to have a guide, as we wanted to explore everything as a family, at our own pace and independently. This worked perfectly for us. Jeffrey is an Amazing Guide

Jeffrey was my tour guide. I traveled to Beijing solo and spending the day with Jeffrey was like spending time with a friend. I loved what he had to share about Beijing. You can see the love for his country and the endless knowledge he shared. He took wonderful photos for me as I was alone with no one to take them of me. Jeffrey hiked the Great Wall of China with me. We had such a wonderful two-day tour with Erica and our driver in Beijing! Erica was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. She did a great job personalizing the tour for our group so that both the older and younger members of our family could enjoy it. Erica and our driver were also really thoughtful and came prepared with lots of water, umbrellas, and fans. She shared lots of interesting stories without making the tour feel too structured. TONY was a fantastic...

TONY was a fantastic guide!!! Our initial guide wasn’t able to make our scheduled morning tour (not their fault, weather/city flooding limited their commute) and I was impressed with the prompt communication / how the company handled the issue. They offered a morning group tour instead or an afternoon private tour with another group that had the same issue (we chose this option). My elderly mother loved his stories and he was good about finding spots for her to sit and rest. Tony was so efficient at navigating buying tickets and all the security checkpoints so it wasn’t stressful for us at all. Forbidden city is so huge that we were happy to have a guide to lead us around. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Tour with Excellent Guides & Driver

David was an amazing tour guide and person while touring the city sites of Beijing. He led us to the different areas providing us the background. He also took us shopping to a mall before taking us to see the wonderful acrobatic show (a must). He ensured the driver was waiting for us outside the theater to take us to our hotel. We accidentally left a piece of carry-on on the plane and had to deal with various areas at the airport (eventually lost & found). David contacted the Beijing Airport Lost and Found Department and helped locate our baggage and had it shipped to our hotel. He continually monitored the situation to ensure we received it. Unbelievable service and caring! Keith was a great guide showing us the Great Wall, Summer Palace and stadium. He provided us with a concise explanation of the various sites as he led us through them. We had excellent Chinese lunches both days. A great tour led by wonderful guides gave us a memorable experience. You cannot go wrong with this tour.
