Unique and fun experience!
Great experience. Our master baker was a very nice young man who spoke English with a strong but lovely Italian accent. He had a lot of pizza making passion and a great sense of humor. From making our own dough, kneading and stretching the dough and putting the sauce and toppings on to carrying our ready to bake pizzas to the oven guy, we were being taught the right way. They baked 5 at a time for 90 seconds. Then we got to sit and have a glass of wine and eat our own creations. Best pizza I had in Italy. Quality ingredients had more to do with that than anything but we were being guided by a real pizza maker. So glad I signed us up for this. What a cool thing to do in Napoli!

Pizza with Manuel
Manuel was an incredible Head Chef for our group. I was lucky enough to be the official L’Assistente for this class and had a ton of fun. Tiramisu was actually very simple but delicious! For the Neapolitan Pizza we learned what makes it unique (it’s a secret so you’ll have to sign up) as well as its history. Manuel did a great job of keeping things fun but making sure we all walked away having truly learned a few tricks of the trade.

Fun experience with the kids; Chef Gino is great!
This was a fun way to spend time with family in a new city while making and eating yummy food! Chef Gino was very hands on and funny. We made tiramisu and while it was in the fridge setting, we started making pizza dough from scratch. The best part, of course, was eating our delicious creations! We also got a fun certificate to commemorate the experience. Super fun!

Fun and informative!
Nonna approved! My mother-in-law and I had a great experience with Mauro. His teaching style was accessible to a beginning cook (me) and yet informative for an advanced chef (mother-in-law). He also had a great sense of humor. Experience was topped off with a classy meal complete with vino and meloncello.
