Highly recommend this as a way to get from the cruise port to airport in Rome. Rather than take the bus shuttle offered by the cruise line we opted to avoid the crowd and have a private transfer. The professional driver was waiting as we disembarked and he was easily found right on the pier. The van was spacious and clean. The driver had us to the airport in 1 hour. Highly recommend!!

We use the service as a pick up at the port after our cruise ship came in and we wanted to go to Rome… The trip was about an hour and 20 minutes and very interesting because we got to see the countryside. The driver let us off right in front of the hotel and even took our baggage in for us.

Exceptional service! Our driver Antonio arrived early to our hotel and met us in the lobby, and assisted us with our bags. Very polite and courteous. Matteo was fantastic. There was an unexpected miscommunication of our change in flight that was not communicated to Matteo and his company. Anyhow, Matteo, found us another driver right on the spot, Paul, and he was fantastic and took us right to our hotel Promptly. Matteo, delivered unparalleled customer service that we don’t see very often in the US. Out first time here in Rome and I am thankful for the first experience being a successful transaction.
